January 3, 2005, 10:00 a.m. - Single vehicle auto crash involving a 2004 Dodge
pick-up truck striking a curb.
January 4, 2005, 4:37 p.m. - Assisted fire department with vehicle fire at 12184
Winterstown Rd.
January 5, 2005, 12:45 p.m. - Report of a defiant 16 yr old male student at
Kennard Dale H.S. Citation issued.
January 5, 2004, 10:00 a.m. - Hit and run accident reported at 18 N. Main St. In
front of the post office.

Fuel Co. Charges filed.

January 10, 2005, 11:50 p.m. - Assisted York Area Regional with a domestic
situation.

Janet Pollins in area of Rippling Run Rd.
January 11, 2005, 9:30 p.m. - Responded to a bank alarm at the Wachovia Bank
located at 20 S. Main St. Area checked and found secure.
January 12, 2005, 12:56 p.m. - Assisted Fire Dept. At 5952 Holly Tree Court.
January 13, 2005, 1:20 p.m. - Vasilios Koukouridakis reported he had lost his
wallet in Baltimore or Stewartstown.
January 13, 2005, 5:31 p.m. - Report of three suspicious males walking in the
street in area of Swamp and Winterstown Rd. Area checked with negative results.
January 14, 2005, 1:04 a.m. - Report of two subjects tampering with vending
machines at Captain Bob’s on Mill St. Business was found secure and no activity
found in the area.
January 15, 2005, 10:20 p.m. - Report of a suspicious vehicle in the area of
14148 Crossroads Ave. Area searched with negative results.
January 15, 2005, 10:47 p.m. - Assisted ambulance at 25 N. Main St. with a woman
having chest pains.
January 17, 2005, 8:09 a.m. - Report of vandalism to one of
Fypon’s trucks while parked at the rear loading dock over the weekend.
January 18, 2005, 9:00 a.m. - Request for a welfare check on Linda Stallings at
5 N. Main St.
January 18, 2005, 7:00 p.m. - Warrant served on Frank Piff in area of Running
Board Rd.
January 18, 2005, 9:29 p.m. - Report of a prowler looking into a window at 4356
Cherry St. Upon arrival subject was gone but footprints were visible.
January 18, 2005, 2:00 p.m. - Theft report taken of an unsecured vehicle left
overnight on Saubel’s Mkt. parking lot.
January 19, 2005, 3:22 p.m. - Jen Bergdoll reported that her unsecured car was
entered in overnight and miscellaneous items were taken at 11 Forest Rd.
January 19, 2005, 2:30 p.m. - Cheryl Anderson passed a bad check to Leffler
Energy at 62 N. Main St.
January 19, 2005, 7:02 p.m. - 911 hang up at 15 Trout Ln. Child was found
playing with the phone.
January 21, 2005, 12:04 p.m. - Domestic situation between father and daughter at
51 S. Main St. 2nd floor. Both parties were separated and argument resolved.
January 21, 2005, 5:36 p.m. - Harassment by communication received at 28 B West
Pennsylvania Ave.
January 22, 2005, 1:37 a.m. - Assisted ambulance at 21 College Ave. with a 90
year old fall victim.
January 22, 2005, 11:11 p.m. - Report of an activated inside motion detector in
Saubel’s Mkt. on Ballast Lane. Area checked and found secure.
February 2, 2005, 10:21 p.m. - Report of a male student at
Kennard-Dale HS found in possession of a small amount of marijuana.
Investigation ongoing.
February 3, 2005, 10:12 a.m. - Domestic situation between mother and daughter at
4385 Sycamore Ln.
February 3, 2005, 11:30 a.m. - Requested a check at 28 B. W. Pennsylvania Ave.
for a silver Acura RSX. The vehicle was located and repossessed by Deihl
Automotive.
February 4, 2005, 10:20 a.m, - Complainant reported suspicious footprints in the
snow from last night’s snowfall. No signs of tampering or attempted forcible
entry present.
February 6, 2005, 3:30 p.m. - Report of a pit bull jumping the fence and
charging a walker in area of Mill St. and Hill St. Animal Control Officer
contacted.
February 6, 2005, 8:54 p.m. - Report of shots fired in area of 4356 Cherty St.
Area was searched and nothing was found.
February 6, 2005, 3:30 p.m. - Report of a white pit bull jumping a fence at 21
High St. and attacking another dog.
February 7, 2005, 5:47 p.m. - Report of a physical domestic between brother and
sister at 7 Aspen Ct. Steven Engel was arrested and charged.
February 8, 2005, 9:28 a.m. - Ongoing investigation at Kennard-Dale H.S.
involving four students found to be in possession of small amounts of marijuana.
February 8, 2005, 3:11 p.m. - Attempted burglary at Comp-U-Tek located at 63 N.
Main St. Unknown person(s) attempted to pry open an interior door.
February 8, 2005, 5:00 p.m. - Complainant reported she had lost her purse at the
Rutter’s Store on Charles Ave.
February 9, 2005, 3:25 p.m. - 911 hang up received at the Delta Elementary
School. School administrators reported no problem.
February 10, 2005, 9:28 a.m. - Report taken from Donna Krauss for fraud. Victim
purchased a purse on E-Bay which upon arrival was found to be fake.
February 11, 2005, 8:00 a.m. - Report of a harassment to a minor taken at 6272
Century Farms Rd.
February 11, 2005, 8:43 a.m. - Assisted fired dept. with a chimney fire at 36 S.
Main St.
February 11, 2005, 9:38 a.m. - Report of a physical harassment at the Sems East
bldg. between two juveniles.
February 11, 2005, 9:25 p.m. - Warrant service executed at 21 Bronson Ave.
February 11, 2005, 10:10 p.m. - Warrant service executed at 54 Brakeman Dr.
February 12, 2005, 7:47 p.m. - Report of an active domestic dispute at 40 N.
Main St. Wesley Gilberto was arrested for simple assault.
February 14, 2005, 12:25 a.m. - Complainant reported loud noise coming from 35
Highland Manor Dr. Ms. Bell was warned to turn the music down.
February 14, 2005, 9:26 p.m. - 911 hangup at 36 Highland
Manor. Resident misdialed Area checked and found secure.
February 15, 2005, 2:36 p.m. - Report of an 18 year old male student at K-Dale
H.S. found to be in possession of a small metal flask containing whiskey.
Citation issued.
February 16, 2005, 11:45 a.m. - Report of a disorderly customer at 10 Mill St.
Richard Henning left the area without incident.
February 16, 2005, 1:08 p.m. - Manager reported that Steven Engel made a
purchase of cigarettes with a bad check. Charges filed.
February 16, 2005, 3:30 p.m. - Report of a burglar alarm at 5174 Logan Rd. Home
searched and found secure.
February 19, 2005, 12:12 a.m. - Complainant reported loud noises coming from 65
Kings Way. Resident was warned and advised to keep it down.
February 19, 2005, 10:15 p.m. Philip Miller was arrested in area of Rt. 24 and
Swamp Rd for DUI.
February 21, 2005, 12:14 p.m. - David Ehrlich reported that his son’s cell phone
was lost on a Kennard- Dale bus en route to a wrestling match in West York, PA.
February 21, 2005, 4:27 p.m. - Assist ambulance at 5 Ecker Ave.
February 21, 2005, 8:38 p.m. - Domestic verbal argument between father and son
at 53 Mill St.
February 22, 2005, 11:50 a.m. - During a routine traffic stop at Hill and Mill
St., officer observed two bottles of rum in vehicle driven by a 18 year old.
Driver was issued a speeding citation and possession of alcohol citation.
February 22, 2005, 6:16 p.m. - Assisted ambulance at 14131 Crossroads Ave.
February 23, 2005, 10:56 a.m. - Report of two 9th grade male students involved
in an altercation at Kennard Dale High School. Charges pending investigation.
February 23, 2005, 10:19 p.m. - Martin Oloughlin was arrested during a routine
traffic stop on Charles and High St. for an outstanding warrant issued out of
Springettsbury .
February 27, 2005, 12:04 p.m. - Domestic situation at 25 Free St.
March 2, 2005, 12:00 p.m. - Two car vehicle accident at Mill
and Hill St. No injuries reported.
March 2, 2005, 1:00 p.m.- Trisha Young attempted to gain custody of her son
without proper authorization at 53 D. High St. Civil issue to be resolved in
civil court.

noise complaint. Resident was given a verbal warning.

the removal of a juvenile from his house at 20 Church St.
March 8, 2005, 7:37 p.m. - Report of a hit and run accident at 6 South Main St.
March 9, 2005, 2:05 p.m. - Verbal domestic at 4753 Anderson Rd.
Marcy 11, 2005, 8:29 a.m. - Rabid raccoon found dead on property at 103 Trout
Lane. Animal was removed and destroyed by Hemler’s Animal Control.
March 11, 2005, 9:12 a.m. - Report of a missing adult female at 28 B. W.
Pennsylvania Ave. Sheila Peer was later located.
March 11, 2005, 4:45 p.m. - Purse was found on Hill Street in the area of Locust
St.
March 12, 2005, 12:42 a.m. - Assisted PA State Police at 19 Northbrook Lane. for
a burglary in progress.
March 12, 2005, 4:30 p.m. - Adult female at 45 N. Main St., Apt 2 was reported
missing. Female reportedly found later.
March 13, 2005, 12:39 a.m. - Assisted Southern Regional with a domestic call at
34 Church St.
March 14, 2005, 4:40 p.m. - Report of destruction of property at 13657 Curran
Dr.
March 15, 2005, 10:00 a.m. - Domestic situation at 27 N. Main St. Brandee D.
Bollinger was charged with harassment.
March 15, 2005, 12:20 p.m. - Auto crash involving a dump truck and a Jeep
Cherokee at the intersection of W. Pennsylvania Ave. and Main St.
March 15, 2005, 6:07 p.m. - Domestic situation at 90 S. Kennard Dale Ave.
March 16, 2005, 3:00 p.m. - Hand quilted wall hanging taken from the Mason-Dixon
Library Children’s Room. Reporting party is requesting the suspect return the
wall hanging (no questions asked) to the Mason-Dixon Library drop box.
March 17, 2005, 3:48 p.m. - Complainant reported an unknown person opened a
Sears charge account and charged an undisclosed amount of money.
March 17, 2005, 5:51 p.m. - Assist ambulance at 4596 Anderson Rd.
March 18, 2005, 9:52 a.m. - Report of a gas drive off at Rutter’s on Charles
Ave. Subject returned later and paid for the fuel.
March 18, 2005, 11:55 a.m. - Assist ambulance at Stewartstown Elementary School
with a nine year old male student who fell off a slide and broke his arm.
Juvenile was transported to York Hospital.
March 18, 2005, 1:39 p.m. - Report of two tenth grade female students engaged in
a physical confrontation at Kennard-Dale High School. Citation issued.
March 19, 2005, 1:56 p.m. - 911 call received from Messina’s Rest. on 63 N. Main
St. Messina’s Rest. was contacted and stated there were no problems.
March 19, 2005, 9:15 p.m. - Report of an underage drinking party at 28 B. West
Pennsylvania Ave. Upon arrival it appeared there was no party in progress at
that location.
March 19, 2005, 9:35 p.m. - Report of a reckless driver in area of Church Rd.
and Fishel Dr. York Area Police were also advised. Area searched with negative
results.
March 20, 2005, 7:41 p.m. - Assisted Southern Regional Police with a domestic
situation on Water St.
March 21, 2005, 7:10 p.m. - Responded to a verbal domestic at 56 Mill St.
March 21, 2005, 4:40 p.m. - Report of a possible stalking in area of Anderson
Rd.
March 21, 2005, 10:00 a.m. - Laura Mauler of 3 Highland Manor Dr., reported that
her ex-boyfriend, Michael Lack, would not leave her apartment and that he had a
marijuana bong. Michael Lack and Laura Mauler were both charged with Possession
of Drug Paraphernalia..
March 22, 2005, 3:05 p.m. - Complainant reported that an envelope containing
money was taken from an office located in the basement level of the church
located at 26 S. Main St.
March 22, 2005, 2:30 p.m. - Fred Beihl reported a white lawn care truck had torn
up his yard while turning around at 46 W. Pennsylvania Ave. Registration was
obtained and driver was contacted.
March 22, 2005, 3:08 p.m. - Hit and run auto crash involving a school bus and a
Chevy Trail Blazer at Pennsylvania Ave. and Main St..
March 22, 2005, 5:27 p.m. - Report of an attempted burglary at 12207 Hill St.
Pry marks were found on the basement door and the back door. Nothing was taken.
March 22, 2005, 9:05 p.m. - Assisted ambulance at 13166 Cross Roads Ave. Victim
was experiencing chest pains and breathing problems.
March 23, 2005, 8:26 a.m. - Two ninth grade female students at Kennard Dale High
School were involved in a delivery of marijuana to another student . Subjects
were charged.
March 23, 2005, 11:45 a.m. - Verbal domestic at 27 N. Main St. Daniel Bollinger
to be charged with terroristic threats.
March 24, 2005, 12:23 a.m. - Assisted ambulance at 47 Mill St.
March 24, 2005, 3:30 p.m. - Three juvenile males entered 13 Redspire Dr. and
took compact disks. Juveniles were located and charges will be filed
March 26, 2005, 7:44 p.m. - Assisted Southern Regional Police Dept. with a
vehicle pursuit initiated from a theft of baby food at the Giant Shopping Center
in Shrewsbury.
March 29, 2005, 4:55 p.m. - Report of juveniles skateboarding at the Rec. Center
on College Ave. Juveniles were warned.
March 30, 2005, 10:50 a.m. - 911 hang-up call from Kennard- Dale High School.
Payphone was checked and no one in area.
March 30, 2005, 2:30 p.m. - Principal at SEMS-East reported that a seventh grade
student made verbal threats. Charges pending investigation.
March 30, 2005, 9:35 p.m. - During a routine traffic stop at College and Heather
Dr., operator was found to have four open warrants issued out of York City.
Constable was notified.
March 31, 2005, 9:15 a.m. - Principal at Kennard-Dale H.S. reported a 12th grade
student’s vehicle was found to have a small quantity of marijuana and pipe
inside. Charges filed.
March 31, 2005, 6:42 p.m. - Verbal Domestic dispute between a father and
daughter at 12781 Winterstown Rd.
April 4, 2005, 2:20 p.m. - Annette Burton and Sheilva Myers took a bicycle that
was lying in a yard on High St. Charges to be filed.
April 4, 2005, 2:00 p.m. - Report of a panic alarm coming from the library at
the Kennard Dale High School. Alarm was determined to be accidental.
April 4, 2005, 5:00 p.m. - A baseball glove was found on the baseball field at
the community center at College Ave.
April 4, 2005, 9:41 p.m. - One vehicle fatal collision at Winterstown Rd at Hake
Ln. Victim was identified as Margaret Pressley of Red Lion, PA
April 5, 2005, 12:09 a.m. - Derrick C. Tyson was charged for making terroristic
threats against the complainant in area of Winterstown Rd and Oak Ridge.
April 5, 2005, 8:25 p.m. - Assisted PA State Police with a fugitive warrant at
5011 Homestead Dr.Suspect was arrested without incident.
April 5, 2005, 8:49 p.m. - Assisted fire dept. with a garage fire at 6272
Century Farms Rd.
April 6, 2005, 10:30 a.m. - Two vehicle collision involving a Stewartstown
Police Dept’s vehicle. Ammon Stoltzfus failed to stop at a stop sign located at
W. Pennsylvania Ave. and S. Main St. Subject cited.
April 6, 2005, 9:43 p.m. - Alarm was activated at 4 Ballast Ln. Area was
searched and found secure.
April 8, 2005, 8:07 a.m. - Assisted ambulance at SEMS-West for a faculty member
with chest pains.
April 8, 2005, 1:58 p.m. - Report of a hit and run in the parking lot at SEMS-East
April 8, 2005, 6:40 p.m. - Domestic dispute observed in the parking lot of 63 N.
Main St. Harassment citation issued.
April 9, 2005, 2:46 p.m. - Juveniles were witnessed vandalizing a public
telephone in front of Winterstown Firehall with toothpaste. Juveniles cleaned
the phone and parents notified.
April 9, 2005, 4:27 p.m. - Assisted fire department at 22 West Pennsylvania Ave.
April 9, 2005, 5:05 p.m. - Blue Chevrolet Cavalier was reported performing
“donuts” in the parking lot to the rear of 51 S. Main St. Area searched
April 9, 2005, 5:13 p.m. - Assisted ambulance at 11 N. Main St. with a 28 year
old female experiencing chest pains.
April 13, 2005, 9:50 a.m. - Report of harassment by telecommunication in area of
Curran Dr.
April 13, 2005, 9:35 p.m. - Burglar alarm at 300 Bailey Dr. Suite 110. Area
checked and found secure.
April 14, 2005, 7:49 a.m. - Kennard-Dale High School’s Asst. Principal reported
an altercation between a 19 year old male student and a 16 year female student.
April 14, 2005, 10:10 p.m. - 911 hang up at Messina’s on 63 N. Main St. Owner’s
son stated no problem.
April 15, 2005, 12:00 a.m. - Assisted ambulance with a female having chest pains
at 13166 Crossroads Ave.
April 15, 2005, 3:22 p.m. - Responded to an active domestic argument in the area
of 23 Highland Manor. Warnings issued to both parties.
April 15, 2005, 4:29 p.m. - Report of a female banging on the front door of 23
Highland Manor. Female was gone on arrival.
April 15, 2005, 5:52 p.m. - Suspicious circumstance involving a rear door being
open to a house located at 12 Church Street. Area searched. No evidence of
forced entry.
April 16, 2005, 8:28 p.m. - Report of a theft of prescription drugs taken from
32 High St.
April 16, 2005, 11:55 p.m. - Noise complaint reported at 65 Kings Way.
April 18, 2005, 11:34 a.m. - Report of a snake in the area of 56 Poplar Springs
Blvd. Snake was captured and released in a more suitable area.
April 18, 2005, 3:10 p.m. - 911 hang up at 7 Ecker Ave. Resident mistakenly
misdialed.
April 19, 2005, 7:58 p.m. - Report of a broken picnic table at 33 Highland Manor
Dr.Juvenile admitted to breaking table and will take care of this matter.
April 20, 2005, 7:19 a.m. - Report of a suspicious occupied vehicle in the
parking lot of Fawn Elementary School. Investigation revealed the suspect was
waiting for three female truant Kennard Dale High School students. Parents were
notified of females’ truancy and Joshua Loring Hahn was charged with Criminal
Trespass.
April 20, 2005, 11:30 a.m. - Report of stereo equipment taken from a vehicle at
12030 Mt. Olivet Rd.
April 20, 2005, 10:33 p.m. - Verbal domestic argument at 10 Memory Ln. Boyfriend
left without incident.
April 21, 2005, 12:30 p.m. - Report of a suspicious white male loitering at the
Community Grounds by the pavilion. Subject was found to be waiting for a
ministry meeting to take place later in the afternoon.
April 21, 2005, 6:59 p.m. - A wanted male subject was found in the lot at Hill
St. and W. Pennsylvania Ave. Subject was taken into custody and turned over to
State Police.
April 21, 2005, 11:14 p.m. - Non-reportable auto accident at 14 E. Pennsylvania
Ave. Information was exchanged.
April 21, 2005, 3:15 p.m. - During a routine traffic stop on N. Main St.,
Katherine Wardlaw was found to be driving with a suspended license. Vehicle was
towed and her license was confiscated. Citations issued.
April 23, 2005, 11:23 p.m. - Assist ambulance at 12246 Winterstown Rd. with an
injured juvenile occurring during a soccer game.
April 23, 2005, 2:15 p.m. - Hit and run report with minor damage to a white
sedan parked in area of 6 South Main St.
April 23, 2005, 6:51 p.m. - Report of suspicious vehicle in Rutter’s parking
lot. Area checked with negative results.
April 23, 2005, 2:30 p.m. - Report of a vehicle drifting into a support beam
causing some cosmetic damages at 20 S. Main St.
April 23, 2005, 4:16 p.m. - Concerned citizen reported a suspicious circumstance
involving an older male and juvenile female getting in a vehicle in the area of
39 Mill St. Registration was obtained. Officer located and questioned
individuals who checked out alright.
April 23, 2005, 8:45 p.m. - Assisted ambulance at 81 N. Main St.
April 24, 2005, 8:26 p.m. - Report of vandalism to a mailbox at 11316 Oak Ridge
Rd.
April 25, 2005, 5:58 p.m. - Report of a stolen Mongoose mountain bike from 55
High St.
April 25, 2005, 6:33 p.m. - Report of four wheelers trespassing and causing
property damage at 14076 Coal Hill Rd.
April 26, 2005, 9:54 a.m. - Duane W. Ebaugh passed bad checks to Saubel’s Mkt on
Ballast Ln. Charges filed.
April 26, 2005, 8:35 p.m. - Report of a drive off, theft of gas at L&L Service ,
51 S. Main St. Vehicle was described as a dark green Neon with a dark blue front
bumper partially hanging down.
April 27, 2005, 5:30 p.m. - Identity theft reported from an employee at Key
Plastics on 13161 Crossroads Ave.
April 27, 2005, 6:00 p.m. - Report of an erratic driver in the area of Curran
Drive. Driver was in a green Escort. Area checked.
April 27, 2005, 7:49 p.m. - 911 hang up at 6970 Church Rd. Five year old boy
found playing with phone.
April 28, 2005, 12:34 p.m. - Kennard-Dale High School reported a ninth grade
male made a verbal threat. Investigation started.
April 28, 2005, 12:02 a.m. - Domestic situation at 27 N. Main St.
April 29, 2005, 2:15 p.m. - During a routine traffic stop in the area of the
Shell Station on N. Main St., Leon Terrell Elliott was arrested for outstanding
warrants. Constable was notified.
April 29, 2005, 4:15 p.m. - Stewartstown Railroad reported vandalism to a
decorative roof and a railroad car window.
May 2, 2005, 7:52 a.m. - Kennard Dale High School reported sometime over the
past weekend one of the front doors to the school building and two windows in
the Main Office were struck. It appears the damage was a result of B-B’s being
shot. Investigation started.
May 6, 2005, 10:30 a.m. - Assisted PA State Police Computer Crime Unit.
May 6, 2005, 5:00 p.m. - Report of Vandalism at 22 Ovelton Ave. Officer observed
a bb at the bottom of a broken window.
May 6, 2005, 11:05 p.m. - Juvenile male was acting suspicious on the Rutter’s
parking lot at 3 Charles Ave. Juvenile found to have a small amount of
marijuana. Citation issued and mother contacted.
May 7, 2005, 12:55 a.m. - David Kovens was arrested on an arrest warrant at 18
Church St. Constable transported to York Co. Prison.
May 7, 2005, 9:00 p.m. - Report of theft of gas at the Shell Station at 62 N.
Main St.
May 9, 2005, 9:16 p.m. - Report of a suspicious box van parked at 39 High St.
Van was found to be stolen out of Maryland. Gordon’s called to tow and impound.
May 10, 2005, 5:41 p.m. - Disorderly juveniles at the Stewartstown Presbyterian
Church on College Ave. Juveniles were instructed to leave the area.
May 10, 2005, 7:05 p.m. - Paul Brandinger reported that his residence at 12415
