January 2, 2006, 5:53 p.m. Joan Walker reported her 1997 3000GT Mitsubishi was stolen from the Saubel’s parking lot. Keys were left in the car.  Car was later found on 1/3/06 at the WalMart Supercenter in Shrewsbury.

January 2, 2006, 9:06 p.m. Shell Station on N. Main St. reported a black Ford truck with a MD registration of 80R182, drove off without paying for gas. Subject found and charged.

January 3, 2006, 3:29 p.m. Barry Ream inquired about possible harassment charges being placed against a subject.

January 4, 2006, 10:00 a.m. Tony D'Alfonso, 11 E. Pennsylvania Ave.,  reported someone drove through his front yard and left tire marks.

January 4, 2006, 9:58 p.m. Responded to a bank alarm at 20 S. Main St. Area was checked and found secure.

January 4, 2006, 10:03 p.m. John Thomas, Jr. was arrested for two commitment warrants at 32 High St.  Constable Langley transported subject to YCP.

January 4, 2006, 10:39 a.m. Dr. Williams of 36 N. Main St. reported beer bottles being thrown against the side of his building causing damage.

January 5, 2006, 8:28 p.m. Dispatched to 29 Mill St. for an intoxicated male.

January 5, 2006, 3:06 p.m. Domestic dispute between mother and son at 11778 Pine St.

January 6, 2006, 12:10 p.m. Mason-Dixon Library reported that Tina Adcock checked out 19 library books and failed to return them.  Charges filed.

January 6, 2006, 12:17 p.m. Unknown person(s) broke the ground flood lights around Stewartstown Methodist Church.

January 6, 2006, 5:26 p.m.  Non-reportable accident at 10 N. Main St.

January 6, 2006, 8:40 p.m.  Steven Stoltzfus was arrested for outstanding warrants during a routine traffic stop on Winterstown Rd.

January 6, 2006, 3:04 p.m.  911 hang up at 13036 Winterstown Rd. Grandson accidentally misdialed.

January 9, 2006, 12:22 a.m. Assisted ambulance at 67 Kennard-Dale Ave.  with a female having chest pains.

January 9, 2006, 8:07 p.m. Dispatched for a bank alarm at 2 Ballast Ln.  Bank was found secure. 

January 9, 2006, 7:16 p.m.  Assisted Southern Regional Police Dept. for a domestic situation at 117 Church St.

January 10, 2006, 7:40 p.m. Janet Johnson reported someone banging on her house at 39 College Ave.  Officer searched her home and everything was secure.

January 10, 2006, 8:00 p.m. Officers directed detoured  I-83 traffic through Stewartstown resulting from explosion at the Adhesive Plant in Glen Rock. I-83 was shut down North and South.

January 10, 2006, 8:35 p.m. 911 hang up at 12536 Winterstown Rd.  Rebecca Williams accidentally dialed. No problem observed.

January 12, 2006, 7:38 p.m. Assisted ambulance at 12648 Winterstown Rd.

January 13, 2006, 9:10 p.m. Complainant reported an egg being thrown at his truck in area of Crossroads Ave and Holly Tree Ct.  Actors were found and cited for disorderly conduct.

January 14, 2006, 9:40 a.m. Manager at Eckerd Drug Store reported a white male leaving the store activating the alarm.  Suspect jumped into a white Chevy Lumina which was waiting outside. Back window was covered with brown packing tape. Vehicle may have Maryland registration and a front head light out.  Unknown items stolen.

January 14, 2006, 6:57 p.m. Report of a tree lying across Coal Hill Rd and Brenneman Dr.  Eureka Fire Co. was dispatched to remove the tree.

January 14, 2006, 8:47 p.m.  Report of a juvenile throwing a hairbrush at the garage door of 19 B E. Pennsylvania Ave.  Juvenile was found and transported to his home. Homeowner did not press charges.

January 17, 2006, 1:39 p.m. Responded to a bank robbery at Sovereign Bank located at 19 West Pennsylvania Ave. Suspect was described as a white male, wearing a Pittsburgh Steelers knit cap, gray fleece zip-up jacket, blue jeans and white tennis shoes. Undisclosed amount of money was taken. Investigation started.

January 17, 2006, 7:50 p.m. Darlene Landinger of 62 Mill St, reported a theft of gas from her Dodge Pickup truck. 

January 21, 2006, 10:11 p.m.  Dispatched to a possible fight at 3 Charles Ave.  Upon arrival eight juveniles were standing outside the Rutter’s Store.  Information was obtained and juveniles were told to leave.

January 22, 2006, 9:15 p.m. Assisted ambulance with a male having chest pains at 59 N. Main St.

January 23, 2006, 9:25 p.m.  Assisted ambulance with a 72 year old woman cardiac arrest victim.

January 28, 2006, 1:30 p.m.  Complainant reported one white female and two black males acting as home security employees and trying to gain access to people’s homes to review their existing security systems.  Subjects were reportedly seen in the area of the Mason Dixon Library.  Officer searched area with negative results.

January 29, 2006, 10:00 p.m.  Report of a domestic situation between father and daughter at 4432 Sycamore Ln.  Michael Patti was cited for harassment.

January 31, 2006, 12:00 p.m.   Responded to a vehicle blocking traffic on S. Main St. Bronco came loose and rolled over the tow dolly. Gordon's was contacted to remove the vehicle.

January 31, 2006, 3:15 p.m. The father of a 15 year old Kennard Dale student reported his daughter was indecently assaulted by a male student and wished an investigation and charges be placed. Investigation started.

February 2, 2006, 9:30 a.m.  Rutter's, located at 76 N. Main St., reported a fraudulent $20 bill was passed to the store.

February 3, 2006, 12:50 p.m.  Male student at Kennard- Dale High School was found to be in possession of drugs. Student was taken into custody and investigation is ongoing.

February 3, 2006, 9:25 p.m.  Two vehicle non-reportable accident on Kennard-Dale High School's parking lot. Information was exchanged.

February 5, 2006, 1:23 a.m. Harassment by communications report taken at 3 Charles Ave.

February 7, 2006, 10:11 a.m.  Vernon R. Dix, Jr. was arrested for shoplifting numerous items from Saubel’s Mkt. on Ballast Ln.

February 7, 2006, 11:10 a.m.   A tenth grade special education student was found to be in possession of a homemade marijuana pipe at Kennard-Dale High School. 

February 8, 2006, 8:48 a.m.  SEMS-West principal reported a sixth grade male student had a toy gun in his possession.  Administrators will handle as a school discipline matter. 

February 11, 2006, 8:30 a.m.  Complainant reported his vehicle tires on his 2004 VW Passat were slashed at 1 S. Main St.

February 11, 2006, 2:12 p.m.  Report of a hit and run at L&L Fuel on S. Main St. Investigation started.

February 12, 2006, 8:34 p.m.  911 hang up at 27 N. Main St. Resident advised she accidentally misdialed.

February 13, 2006, 12:38 a.m.  Dispatched to a verbal domestic between a 16 year old male and his mother at 57 Kings Way. 

February 14, 2006, 11:40 a.m.  Dispatched to 43 S. Main St. for a child locked in a vehicle that was still running.  Gordon’s contacted to unlock the door.

February 14, 2006, 12:56 p.m.  Report of road rage in the area of Mill St. Rt 851. Operator was located and cited.

February 16, 2006, 8:30 a.m.  Richman’s Auto reported sometime overnight, six vehicles were vandalized and a total of seven tires were punctured.

February 16, 2006, 12:40 a.m.   Kennard Dale High School reported two ninth grade male students engaged in a fight in the hallway near the cafeteria. Citations issued for disorderly conduct.

February 16, 2006, 11:15 p.m.   Dispatched to a loud party located at 35 High St.  No parent was home.  Officer contacted his parent immediately to respond to his residence.

February 16, 2006, 12:29 p.m.  Saubel’s reported two bad checks were received.  At this time restitution was to be posted. Investigation pending.

February 18, 2006, 1:00 p.m. Dispatched to a verbal domestic at 4596 Anderson Rd.

February 19, 2006, 11:11 a.m.  Report of vandalism taken at 18 S. Hill St.  Victim noticed the rear window to his car had been broken.

February 19, 2006, 3:30 p.m.  Complainant reported a theft of various items from 6272 Century Farms Rd. Investigation started.

February 20, 2006, 6:05 p.m. Assisted ambulance at 4596 Anderson Rd.

February 21, 2006, 8:41 a.m.  Postmaster at the Stewartstown Post Office reported that sometime overnight their mail delivery box located at the East entrance of Messina Plaza, was demolished.

February 21, 2006, 3:05 p.m. Rutter’s on N. Charles Ave. reported a gas drive off. Investigation started.

February 23, 2006, 8:06 a.m. Tenth grade male student from Kennard Dale High School was found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana for personal use only. Subject arrested.

February 24, 2006, 3:00 p.m.  Responded to a school bus accident at Pennsylvania Ave and Main St. Both vehicles were able to be driven away.

February 24, 2006, 7:00 p.m.  Rutter’s employee reported a juvenile was seen stealing a few items from the store than ran.  Investigation started

February 24, 2006, 7:30 p.m.  Assisted Southern Regional Police in the area of 140 Hanover St. 

February 24, 2006, 8:00 p.m.  Assisted Southern Regional Police with a burglar alarm at 105 Reehling Rd.

February 24, 2006, 11:52 p.m.  911 hang up at 27 N. Main St. Juvenile accidentally misdialed.

February 25, 2006, 12:00 a.m.  Report of a theft of a motor vehicle at 20 Highland Manor. Investigation started.

February 25, 2006, 11:25 a.m.  Well being check at 29 Mill St.

February 26, 2006, 2:24 p.m.  Driving under the influence arrest at Crossroads and Mountain Rd.

February 26, 2006, 12:32 a.m.  Borough resident found suspicious green leafy substance in a bank parking lot and dropped it off at the department.  Investigation started.

February 26, 2006, 9:25 a.m.  Burglar alarm activated at 2 Ballast Ln.  Area checked and found secure.

February 26, 2006, 12:20 p.m.  Assisted York Area Regional Police with a domestic violence call at 5561 Church Rd.

March 2, 2006, 8:08 a.m.  Passer-by reportedly saw smoke coming from a structure in the area of 3 N. Main St. Area was checked with negative results.

March 2, 2006, 8:00 p.m.  Mother reported a 5th grade male student at SEMS-West harassed another 5th grade female at the school.  Investigation started.

March 3, 2006, 2:25 p.m.  Report taken for harassment by communication in area of 19 S. Main St.

March 3, 2006, 7:19 p.m.  Assisted York Area Regional Police Dept. in area of Runkel Rd.

March 3, 2006, 6:23 p.m.  Responded to a vehicle collision on N. Main St.  Citation to be issued for failure to yield to oncoming traffic.

March 4, 2006, 7:35 p.m.  Dispatched to a verbal domestic at 6 Springwood Ave.

March 5, 2006, 12:13 a.m.  Missing person report taken at 32 High St.  Juvenile later returned.

March 5, 2006, 4:08 p.m.  Assisted ambulance at 13 Highland Manor Dr.

March 5, 2006, 11:01 p.m.  Routine traffic stop in area of Hill St.,  operator had four outstanding warrants and a suspended license. Subject was arrested and constable notified

March 5, 2006, 5:01 p.m.  Routine traffic stop revealed the operator had 4 outstanding warrants and driving under suspension.  Charles Heavel, Jr. was arrested and constable transported subject to York Co. Prison.

March 9, 2006, 1:23 p.m.  An eighth grade male student reported that he had two items stolen from his gym locker during gym class. Investigation started.

March 9, 2006, 4:49 p.m.  Dispatched to an automobile accident located at Rt. 24 and Hill St. Vehicles were gone on arrival.

March 9, 2006, 5:10 p.m.  Identity theft report taken from Daniel Williams of N. Sycamore Ln.

March 11, 2006, 12:14 a.m. Complainant reported hearing a banging on her door at 10 Hill St. Area was checked with negative results.

March 13, 2006, 10:00 a.m.   Report of a single vehicle crash mid block on Hill St. Gordon’s Auto was contacted to remove vehicle.

March 13, 2006, 11:09 a.m.  Rutters  reported a gas drive-off.  Registration was obtained and investigation started.

March 14, 2006, 3:59 p.m.  Dispatched to a bank alarm located at 19 West Pennsylvania Ave., Sovereign Bank. The area was checked with negative results.

March 19, 2006, 2:25 p.m.  Report of vandalism to a vehicle at 22 S. Hill St.

March 19, 2006, 2:30 p.m.  Theft of a gray bicycle with red handle bars reported at 21 Highland Manor.

March 20, 2006, 7:35 p.m.  Unknown person(s) scratched the paint on three vehicles in area of 13 Broadway.

March 20, 2006, 8:20 p.m.  Unknown person(s) scratched the paint and windows on their vehicle at 17 Broadway.

March 25, 2006, 11:38 p.m.  Report of a stolen vehicle at 32 High St.  Report was later found to be false.

March 27, 2006, 1:56 p.m.  911 hang-up call from SEMS-East. It was determined that an eighth grade male student accidentally dialed while trying to attempt to phone home. 

March 28, 2006, 3:00 P.M.  Complainant reported an abandoned vehicle on his property at 25 Free St. Officer had vehicle towed by a licensed salvor co.

April 1, 2006, 1:50 a.m.   Report of suspicious persons in area of 1 S. Main St. Two juveniles were seen in the area running.  Officer chased juveniles with negative results. 

April 2. 2006, 7:53 p.m.  Vandalism to mailboxes at 23 College Ave.

April 3. 2006. 9:30 a.m.   SEMS-East reported that on Friday, 3/31/2006 a student while on route to her residence on school bus #325 was repeatedly disorderly, throwing things and using profanity toward the bus driver.  Charges for disorderly conduct were issued.

April 3, 2006, 1:01 p.m.  Received a report of burglary and theft at the concession stand inside the football stadium at SEMS-East. 

April 8, 2006, 12:56 a.m.  R. Demoss was arrested for DUI in the area of Winterstown Rd. at Swamp Rd.

April 10, 2006, 7:31 p.m.  Responded to a reported verbal argument at 3881 Apple St. The two parties were advised that their disagreement needed to be handled as a civil issue.  Both parties were separated.

April 11, 2006, 11:41 a.m.  Two female students engaged in a fight in a stairway near the cafeteria at Kennard Dale High School.  Both females were cited for Disorderly Conduct.

April 14, 2006, 8:26 p.m.  Responded to a panic alarm at 63 N. Main St.  Business was searched and found secure.

April 15, 2006, 12:05 a.m.  During routine patrol, a vehicle, with one occupant,  was found to be facing the wrong direction in the area of N. Main St.  Upon questioning, Trenton Cooper was arrested for an outstanding Bench Warrant. Constable was contacted to transport to Central Booking.

April 15, 2006, 9:23 p.m.  Responded to a verbal domestic at 1306 S. Marshview Rd.  One of the parties involved left premises before arrival.

April 16, 2006, 7:17 p.m.  Two yellow lab dogs found at 12 E. Pennsylvania Ave. Hemler Dog warden was contacted to pick up dogs.

April 17, 2006, 12:42 p.m.  Reporting party requested information relating to a suspicious phone call received at 13166 Cross Roads Ave.

April 17, 2006, 6:29 p.m. Complainant reported a fight between two females at 5 S. Main St. A citation for disorderly conduct was issued to one juvenile female.

April 18, 2006, 7:03 a.m.  A small black pouch was found inside the Rutter's Farm Store on Charles Ave. Officer examined and secured contents.

April 18, 2006, 11:01 a.m.  Assisted Southern Regional Police Dept. with a retail theft investigation from the Giant Store in Shrewsbury. Actor lived at 4621 Bridgeview Rd.

April 23, 2006, 1:29 a.m. After observing unsafe driving, Grant Scott Neal was arrested for DUI in the area of N. Main St.

April 23, 2006, 5:00 p.m.  Complainant requested a welfare check at 6792 Church Rd.

April 23, 2006, 6:25 p.m. Two vehicle auto accident with injuries at College Ave. and Kennard-Dale Ave.

April 23, 2006, 8:00 p.m. Assisted ambulance at 3 Charles Ave. with a Rutter's employee who had gotten gas in his eye.

April 24, 2006, 4:09 p.m. Assisted ambulance at 14 Broadway.

April 25, 2006, 5:33 p.m. Dispatched to a neighbor dispute at 4423 Apple St.

April 25, 2006, 6:00 p.m. Dispatched to a neighbor dispute at 4596 and 4598 Anderson Rd.

April 26, 2006, 11:03 a.m. Report received from Kennard Dale High School for a malicious false fire alarm.  A 10th grade female student was arrested and charged.

April 27, 2006, 4:00 p.m. Responded to a reported harassment which occurred at 14322 Crossroads Ave.  Ms. Klinedinst was cited for harassment after investigation.

April 28, 2006, 11:10 a.m. Assisted ambulance with an elderly female having complications from surgery at 58 N. Main St.

April 29, 2006, 8:10 p.m. Assisted fire department with a reported fire in the backyard of 19 Bronson Ave. Resident was advised the burn ban is still active. Eureka confirmed the fire was out.

May 1, 2006, 10:10 a.m.  Principal reported a juvenile student struck another student with a binder at SEMS-West.

May 1, 2006, 11:30 a.m.  Stewartstown Elementary Principal requested police presence at a kindergarten dismissal for a potential problem with a child custody issue. Officers were present. No problems occurred.

May 1, 2006, 1:51 p.m.  Sometime April 30, 2006 between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. reporting party’s car was scratched on the right side of his vehicle while it was parked outside of the VFW on N. Main St.

May 3, 2006, 10:20 a.m. Juvenile in area of High St. was given transportation to SEMS East per a request from the SEMS Administration.

May 4, 2006, 9:00 a.m. Mr. Lytle reported sometime overnight actor(s) shot at his store’s window on S. Main St., with a BB/Pellet gun four times causing damage.

May 4, 2006, 4:30 p.m. Ms. Massicot  reported that her 1986 Chevrolet Camaro was vandalized while parked at 58 S. Main St. The headlights and  mirrors were destroyed.

May 4, 2006, 5:39 p.m. Assisted Southern Regional Police Dept. with a possible handgun possession and traffic detail.

May 4, 2006, 7:95 p.m. Complainant reported vandalism to her vehicle at Hake’s Farm on Winterstown Rd. Flat tire was caused by an arrow head which was recovered by the tire.

May 4, 2006, 10:34 p.m. Two juveniles were reported in the area of 55 N. Main St. removing no parking signs and damaging them.  Juveniles were gone on arrival.

May 6, 2006, 6:35 p.m. 911 hang-up at 3 W. Pennsylvania Ave.  Resident was questioned which he denied calling County Control.

May 6, 2006, 7:26 p.m. 911 hang up at 11909 Pine St. Upon arrival Mr. Berger informed officer he was trying to phone a State Trooper in regards to an unrelated matter.

May 6, 2006, 9:50 p.m. Tammy Walker reported a theft from a motor vehicle at 26 S. Main St.

May 7, 2006, 5:00 p.m.  Assisted ambulance at 54 Kings Way.

May 7, 2006, 7:04 p.m.  Officer was requested by State Police to look out for an intoxicated male walking on Rt 24.  Area searched and no one found.

May 7, 2006, 9:44 p.m. Report of a suspicious vehicle mid block of Jasmine Ln. Driver was questioned and cleared..

May 7, 2006, 10:52 p.m. Dispatched to a reported road rage incident in the area of the Shell Station on N. Main St.  Upon arrival, no one was located.

May 8, 2006, 12:00 p.m. Saubel’s Mkt. reported a disorderly customer, John Thomas, Sr. over the past weekend.  Mr. Saubel will be sending Mr. Thomas a no trespassing notice.

May 8, 2006, 12:30 p.m. District Court staff reported lewd drawings on the side of their building done sometime over the weekend.

May 8, 2006, 12:45 p.m. Report of vandalism to mailboxes on Church St.

May 8, 2006, 6:43 p.m.  Officers dispatched to an active domestic dispute at 57 Kings Way. Harassment charges to be issued to parties involved.

May 9, 2006, 9:20 a.m. Complainant reported her vehicle was vandalized while parked at the Messina’s Pizza between the hours of 1730 and 1810 on 5/8/2006. Complainant reported seeing teenagers in the area at that time but neglected to call the department at the time of the incident.

May 9, 2006, 2:30 p.m. 911 hang up at 200 Bailey Dr. Business was checked and found secure.

May 9, 2006, 8:30 a.m. Complainant reported a suspicious vehicle in the area of Kennard Dale Ave.  Officer located the vehicle in question and determined vehicle was operated by a real estate appraiser who had legitimate business in the area.

May 9, 2006, 6:25 p.m.  Dispatched to a verbal argument between neighbors in area of 29 Highland Manor.

May 10, 2006, 12:40 a.m. Assisted ambulance at the North Hopewell/Winterstown Elem. School with a female juvenile having seizures.  Parents were notified and juvenile transported to the hospital. 

May 10, 2006, 6:36 p.m. During a routine traffic stop, Officer found a credit card in the area of 3 Charles Ave. Credit card was destroyed

May 10, 2006, 10:09 p.m.  Dispatched to a verbal domestic at 2 N. Sycamore Ln.

May 11, 2006, 7:58 a.m. SEMS-East principal requested an investigation of a school bus incident involving disorderly conduct by a juvenile at a bus stop in East Hopewell Township.  Investigation started

May 11, 2006, 4:24 p.m. Single vehicle collision north of N. Sycamore Rd. on Winterstown Rd. Vehicle swerved to avoid striking an animal and struck a telephone pole.

May12, 2006, 12:50 p.m. Principal at Kennard Dale High School reported a ninth grade female student was found to be in possession of a small baggie of marijuana and a marijuana pipe.

May 12, 2006, 5:56 p.m. Non-reportable auto vehicle collision at Rt. 851 and S. Main St. Both parties exchanged information.

May 12, 2006, 6:21 p.m. Dispatched to a physical domestic at 25 Highland Manor Rd. No evidence of physical contact. One party, Ms. Christa Holmes, had an outstanding warrant out of York City. Constable notified to serve warrant.

May 13, 2006, 12:28 a.m.  Allen W. Blevins was arrested for DUI in the area of Crossroads Ave. in Crossroads Borough.

May 13, 2006, 9:10 a.m. Colleen Moodry of 6 N. Main St., reported her ex-husband failed to arrive for his assigned custody weekend.

May 14, 2006, 8:41 p.m. 911 hang up at 12246 Winterstown Rd. Three juveniles were questioned who were found in the area. One juvenile admitted to accidentally dialing 911.                

May 16, 2006, 10:45 a.m.  Assisted ambulance at 11974 Winterstown Rd.

May 18, 2006, 7:10 p.m. Responded to a physical domestic 4596 Anderson Rd. David Hilton was arrested and charged.

May 19, 2006, 5:30 p.m.  Complainant reported while she was  working at 8 Ballast Ln., actor(s) stole a spare tire and cover from her vehicle which was parked on the lot.

May 23, 2006, 9:00 a.m.  Concerned parents in the Highland Manor area reported bus driver misconduct. Upon investigation, driver in question no longer drives that bus and the proper authorities were contacted.

May 23, 2006, 9:25 a.m.  Responded to an alarm at 73 Poplar Springs Blvd. Residence was checked and found secure.

May 23, 2006, 12:00 p.m. Report taken from complainant who stated she had an encounter with an aggressive/aggravated driver in the parking lot of 8 Ballast Ln.

May 23, 2006, 5:56 p.m.  Complainant reported bb gun damage to his truck at 19 B. E. Pennsylvania Ave. Juveniles are suspected to be the actors.

May 24, 2006, 10:51 a.m. Responded to Kennard-Dale High School for a report of a student found to be in possession of three marijuana pipes.  Juvenile charged.

May 24, 2006, 1:14 p.m.  Kennard-Dale High School requested that a student be cited for harassment for an incident which occurred in the hallway of the school. 

May 24, 2006, 3:30 p.m.  Investigation started involving a white male who switched price tags on an item and paid the lesser price at the Saubel’s Mkt.

May 25, 2006, 7:51 a.m.  Citation issued to a juvenile on bus #155 for possession of a pack of cigarettes.

May 25, 2006, 11:42 a.m.  SEMS East Acting Principal reported a fight between two eighth grade male students in the school cafeteria .  Citations issued to both juveniles for disorderly conduct.

May 25, 2006, 6:05 p.m.  Assisted ambulance at 12851 Winterstown Rd. for a lawn mowing accident.

May 26, 2006, 9:45 p.m. During routine patrol, officer questioned suspicious individuals at 62 N. Main St.  Subjects were found to be in possession of marijuana, paraphernalia and one individual was wanted on four warrants.

May 27, 2006, 8:00 p.m.  Three complainants reported paintball damage done to their houses.  The addresses involved were 43 High St., 26 Fulton Ave. and 29 Fulton Ave.   Investigation started. 

May 30, 2006, 7:13 a.m.  Complainant reported vandalism to her son’s vehicle while it was parked at Kennard Dale High School. 

May 31, 2006, 8:45 p.m.  Complainant reported several unleashed dogs in various locations in Stewartstown Borough.

June 1, 2006, 8:12 a.m.  SEMS East principal reported a bus incident which occurred on Bus #315. An eighth grade female student became disorderly, obscene and abusive toward the bus driver. Citation issued

June 1, 2006, 3:10 p.m.  Assisted Southern Regional Police Dept. with two shoplifters at the Giant Food store in Shrewsbury Borough. 

June 1, 2006, 7:30 p.m. Complainant reported his residence at 37 High St was vandalized with paintballs.  Officer also advised 36 High St. had also been vandalized in the same manner.

June 1, 2006, 9:10 p.m.  Assisted Fire Department with a fallen tree in roadway on Crossroads Ave.

June 2, 2006, 12:01 a.m.  Multiple alarms (fire and burglary) at 200 Bailey Dr. Three doors found unsecured. Location was checked and alarm company contacted emergency contacts.

June 2, 2006, 1:58 p.m. Citation for possession of tobacco on school property was issued to a student at the Kennard Dale High School.

June 3, 2006, 6:00 p.m.  Complainant reported dirt bikes operating in the area of Winters Ave. Upon arrival dirt bikes were gone.

June 3, 2006, 6:47 p.m.  Assisted ambulance at 3 Charles Ave.

June 3, 2006, 8:57 p.m.  Warnings were issued to dirt bike riders in the area of Highland Manor.

June 5, 2006, 8:56 p.m. Complainant reported a neighbor at 106 Shawnee Dr. was yelling profanities which resulted in a verbal argument between neighbors. Verbal warning was given to actor involved.

June 6, 2006, 8:43 p.m.  Older black dog was found lying in the yard of 13 Highland Manor.  Hemler Dog Warden was contacted to pick up the dog.

June 6, 2006, 10:55 p.m.  Assisted ambulance at 3903 Apple St.

June 6, 2006, 10:30 p.m. Assisted fire department with a reported bonfire in the backyard of 10 Chantilear Court.  Fire was extinguished and resident was advised that such fire needs to be reported to the Fire Chief for approval.

June 8, 2006, 5:30 p.m.  Complainant reported a hit and run at West Pennsylvania and Main St. Vehicle registration was obtained and operator of the other truck involved was contacted.

June 8, 2006, 10:22 p.m. Anonymous complainant reported an intoxicated driver in the area of S. Main St. Driver was found and given field sobriety tests and passed.

June 9, 2006, 12:33 a.m. Complainant reported a white male trespassing on her property in area of 10 S. Main St. Description was provided and male subject was gone on arrival.

June 9, 2006, 12:45 a.m.  Complainant reported an adult male intoxicated in public, trespassed, and was disorderly in the area of S. Main St. Suspect was located. Citations will be issued to Trevor Seipp.

June 9, 2006, 6:41 p.m. Gun shots were reported in the area of 5947 Logan Rd. Residents could not confirm where the shots were originating. Area was checked. No further reports of gunfire were reported.

June 9, 2006, 7:35 p.m.  Mr. Parks reported a theft of his motorized dirt bike at 31 High St.

June 10, 2006, 12:34 a.m.  Officer observed a vehicle swerving on Winterstown Rd. on numerous occasions.  Vehicle was stopped and field sobriety tests were performed. Subject failed and was taken to York Hospital for blood tests. DUI charges pending blood results.

June 10, 2006, 8:05 p.m. During a routine traffic violation in the area of Winterstown Rd.,  investigation lead to the vehicle containing a brown rolled cigarette containing marijuana and a ziploc baggy containing marijuana.

June 21, 2006, 8:30 p.m.  Investigation started on a report that an adult male furnished alcohol to a minor as well as other inappropriate actions occurring.

June 21, 2006, 8:41 p.m. Dispatched to a report of gun fire and shouting in the area of 14206 Crossroads Ave.  Subject was located who was target shooting. Shooting ceased.

June 23, 2006, 12:19 p.m. Report received of a truck tractor/trailer combination partially blocking the roadway on Swamp Rd. near Winterstown Borough.  Truck gone on arrival.

June 24, 2006, 12:51 a.m.  Officer investigated a red 1971 VW Bug with Md. registration parked on the side of Winterstown Rd. After questioning the driver and additional backup requested resulting in subject being hostile,  driver was found to be wanted in Maryland for a commitment into a hospital for evaluation. Subject was arrested and transported to York Hospital.

June 26, 2006, 1:34 p.m.  Complainant reported a vehicle drove southbound on Kennard-Dale Ave. at an excessive rate of speed while children were playing and riding bikes on the roadway. Vehicle was found and warning was issued to the driver.

July 22, 2006, 2:30 a.m. During a field interview, Will Thornton, III,  was found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana in the area of 20 S. Main St.  Subject was charged.

July 22, 2006, 11:00 p.m.  Report received of a small fire burning and a group of teenagers trespassing at 62 N. Main St.  Patrick Quirk was cited for disorderly conduct and trespassing and two (2) Juveniles were cited for trespassing. Parents notified.

July 22, 2006, 12:15 p.m. Responded to an intrusion alarm at 35 S. Main St.  Real Estate Agent accidentally set off the alarm. Area was secure.

July 23, 2006, 3:03 a.m.  Responded to a reported underage drinking party. Robert Winters of 33A W. Pennsylvania Ave., was arrested for furnishing alcohol to minors and the following were cited for underage drinking: one (1) juvenile, Carl Leroy Adams, Jr., Jonathan Lee Schmidt and Eric Wayne Sheppard.

August 17, 2006, 7:10 p.m.    During routine patrol, officer observed a male subject unconscious on the porch of 2 B S. Main St.  Ambulance was requested at location.  Subject was later responsive.

August 18, 2006, 3:45 p.m. Officer observed subject operating a motor vehicle while driving privilege was suspended in the area of N. Main St. and Free St. Subject was stopped, cited and released.

Morton was arrested and cited for Following too Closely, Driving while Suspended and Driving without Proper Restraint. 

August 25, 2006, 10:28 p.m. Officer responded to a suspicious circumstances call received in the area of Winterstown Rd.  Reporting party advised he saw a car being pushed north on Rt 24 by a pick up truck.  Officer located vehicle in question and called Gordon’s to tow.

September 20, 2006, 11:40 p.m. Linda Stallings reported an alleged domestic abuse at 5 N. Main St.

September 21, 2006, 8:00 p.m. Assisted York Area Regional Police Dept. with a domestic/harassment incident at 4828 Faraway Dr.

September 22, 2006, 10:04 p.m. Dawn Neville of 18 Ovelton Ave. reported that Patrick Gast was trespassing on her property.  Suspect was located, cited and released.

September 23, 2006, 11:59 p.m. Richard Reever was arrested for DUI in the area of N. Main St.

September 24, 2006, 8:26 p.m. Dispatched to 12456 Winterstown Rd. for a theft of a playstation. Ms. Hafner reported that her playstation was taken by her daughter but did later return the item in question.

September 24, 2006, 8:26 p.m. Dispatched to 25 Highland Manor for an abuse call.  Upon arrival no one was in the area.  Officer continued to check residence but was unable to locate.

September 25, 2006, 8:29 a.m.  Sems-East Asst. Principal reported a father of a seventh grade football player assaulted a seventh grade football player after the Junior High Football game last Thursday 9/21/2006.

September 25, 2006, 1:30 p.m. M. Johnson reported her purse missing.  Last seen at Mamma Maria’s in Bailey Springs Center.

September 25, 2006, 4:24 p.m. Report of a hit and run at 18 N. Main St.  Driver found and information was exchanged.

September 25, 2006, 5:59 p.m. Dispatched to 13068 Winterstown Rd. for a missing child report.  Upon arrival child returned.

September 26, 2006, 3:00 p.m. Frances Orr reported a theft of electrical wire at 71 Mill St. No sign of forced entry. Report taken.

September 26, 2006, 8:12 p.m. Dispatched to a reported verbal argument at 6792 Church Rd.  Argument was  between a mother and son.

September 29, 2006, 6:57 p.m. Dispatched to 31 High St. for possible juvenile drug use. Upon arrival officers found 7 juveniles in the front yard.  Two juveniles were cited for possessing three baggies of marijuana and a pipe. Parents of all involved juveniles were contacted.

October 2,2006, 7:51 p.m. Report of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle in the area of 14322 Crossroads Ave. Upon arrival victim stated he was side swiped by a silver Toyota 4-Runner who drove away at a high rate of speed.

October 4, 2006, 1:01 a.m. Assisted State Police with a struck deer on Barrens Rd. North

October 4, 2006, 10:45 p.m. Complainant reported a suspicious vehicle parked at 19 S. Main St.  Driver was located and advised to move the vehicle.

October 6, 2006, 6:40 p.m. 911 hang up at 104 Shawnee Dr. Residence checked and found secure.

October 8, 2006, 6:08 p.m. Assisted Fire Dept. with a control burn call at 58 S. Main St.

October 8, 2006, 7:15 p.m. Vandalism to vehicle report was taken at 21 Highland Manor Dr.

October 9, 2006, 9:38 p.m. Dispatched to a bank alarm at 20 S. Main St.  Area was checked and found secure.

October 9, 2006, 9:10 p.m. Dispatched to a harassment call at 20 Fulton Ave. Warning was issued .

October 10, 2006, 3:35 p.m. Dispatched to 29 Highland Manor Dr. for a harassment report.

October 10, 2006, 7:50 p.m. Dispatched to the area of 12211 Mt. Olivet Rd. for a struck deer.

October 10, 2006, 9:30 p.m. Dispatched to 11B Memory Ln. for a harassment report.

October 13, 2006, 8:00 a.m. SEMS-East principal reported that a student took several books from the school, without permission, late last spring. 

October 13, 2006,11:02 p.m. Assisted State Police with a reported intoxicated female at the VFW located at 25 N. Main St. Subject’s sister transported her home with no incident.

October 15, 2006, 6:11 p.m. Assisted State Police with a domestic situation at 3996 Stewartstown Rd.

October 16, 2006, 6:07 p.m.    While on routine patrol, officer observed an ongoing verbal domestic occurring at 35 High St.  Warning was issued.

October 17, 2006, 8:52 p.m.    Welfare check requested at 11808 Winterstown Rd.

October 19, 2006, 7:53 p.m.    Complainant reported a suspicious dark colored sedan in the area of Saubel’s Mkt. following walkers.  Area checked-vehicle gone on arrival. 

October 22, 2006, 3:20 p.m.    Assisted Baltimore County Police with delivering a message at 56 N. Main St.

October 22, 2006,10:55 p.m.   Dispatched to 6485 Church Rd for a verbal argument. 

October 22, 2006, 1:08 a.m.    Investigation of a suspicious subject at 5301 Swamp Rd. leads to a DUI and hit and run investigation which occurred in the jurisdiction of York Area Regional P.D. YARPD arrested and charged subject.

October 26, 2006, 7:00 p.m.    Complainant reported a juvenile riding a dirt bike on Church Rd. Juvenile was located and returned home.  Warning was issued to juvenile and parent.

October 28, 2006, 6:00 p.m.    Employees from Rutter’s Farm Store on 3 Charles Ave., reported an adult seen purchasing tobacco for minors. Adult was identified, contacted and warned.

October 28, 2006, 6:38 p.m.    Dispatched to an alarm at People’s Bank at 2 Ballast Ln.  Business was checked and found secure.

October 28, 2006, 6:43 p.m.    Alarm reported at SEMS West building.  Building and area checked and found to be secure.

October 28, 2006, 6:13 p.m.  Father of a second grader at Stewartstown Elem School reported that his son was injured in an incident involving other juveniles at the school on Friday. School’s principal handled the situation.

October 30, 2006, 1:40 p.m.    Complainant reported vandalism to her vehicle’s windshield in the area of Winterstown Rd. between Anderson and List Roads.

October 30, 2006, 6:00 p.m.    Suspicious activity reported at Rutter’s involving two juveniles. Information obtained.

October 30, 2006, 6:12 p.m.    Complainant reported a suspicious vehicle parked in the area of Mill St. and George St.  Vehicle checked and registered to a local resident.

October 31, 2006, 3:00 p.m.    Andrew Kirby was arrested for outstanding warrants in the area of 63 N. Main St. Constable transported Mr. Kirby to York County Central Booking.

October 31, 2006, 4:42 p.m.    Non-reportable accident at 36 N. Main St. Information was exchanged.

October 31, 2006, 9:00 p.m.    Dispatched to Anderson Rd. for  reported four wheelers on the roadway. Area was thoroughly checked and four wheelers were gone on arrival.

October 31, 2006, 10:03 a.m   Principal at Kennard Dale High School reported that he found a 12th grade student to be in possession of an extremely small amount of marijuana.  Marijuana was seized and field tested.

October 31, 2006, 5:58 p.m.    OnStar emergency activation reported in the area of College Ave. and Kennard Dale Ave. Officers checked area and vehicle was not located.

November 1, 2006,9:38 p.m.   Dispatched to an alarm at Wachovia Bank at 18 S. Main St. Bank was checked and found secure.

November 4, 2006,9:04 p.m.   911 hang up at 5 Highland Manor.  Residence checked and nothing unusual reported.

November 8, 2006, 8:20 a.m.   Assistant Principal at Sems East reported one seventh grade student may have delivered an unknown quantity of a prescription drug to another student.  Investigation started.

November 8, 2006, 6:00 p.m. Wanda Miller of Highland Manor reported receiving a fraudulent check at her residence.  Check seized and report was taken.

November 8, 2006, 6:15 p.m. Deborah Lee Scott was arrested when a motor vehicle collision leads to a DUI arrest in the area of 12 S. Main St.

November 9, 2006, 7:34 a.m.  Principal at Fawn Elementary School reported that sometime overnight, a driver of an old pick-up truck drove over a portion of the school grounds causing damage. Truck was towed since it was stuck in a ditch.  Investigation started.

November 9, 2006,9:10 p.m.  Dispatched to an alarm sounding at 63 N. Main St. Building was checked and found to be secure.

November 9, 2006, 9:00 p.m.  Reporting party received a threatening phone call in the area of Highland Manor.  Subject was located and warned to cease contact with the victim.

November 10, 2006, 2:51 p.m. Christopher Farrell was arrested for DUI-combination of Drugs, in the area of 19 W. Pennsylvania Ave.

November 10, 2006, 5:31 p.m. Complainant reported vandalism to her house at 6 S. Main St., Apt C.  Report taken.

November 10, 2006, 7:36 p.m. Leslie Spicer was charged with Harassment and Defiant Trespassing in the area of 21 Highland Manor.

November 11, 2006, 8:44 p.m. During a routine traffic stop, Quay S. Yendall was arrested for multiple charges including driving with a suspended license in the area of Swamp Rd and Winterstown Rd.  Constable transported subject.            

November 12, 2006, 7:23 p.m. Citations issued to juveniles in the area of 3 Charles Ave. for a fight that occurred.  Juveniles were charged with Harassment.          

November 15, 2006, 12:33 a.m. During a routine business check, suspicious circumstance at 13 Mill St.,  leads to a felony arrest of Joshua Rohrbaugh for receiving stolen property (motor vehicle), possessing small amount of marijuana, driving without a license, York County Bench Warrant and Harford County, MD Bench Warrant.  Joseph Allan Rohrbaugh was also arrested for two Harford County, MD Bench Warrants.

November 15, 2006, 4:00 p.m. Ms. Hillar, Mason Dixon Library, reported Susan Booker had failed to return library property. After contact, Ms. Booker returned property and paid all relevant late fees.

November 15, 2006, 11:00 p.m. Bank repossession of a vehicle performed in area of Holly Tree Court without incident.           

November 16, 2006, 9:40 p.m. 911 hang up at 68 N. Main St. Area was checked and found secure.

November 17, 2006, 8:00 p.m.  Steven Engel was arrested for outstanding warrants in the area of Bailey Springs Dr.

November 17, 2006, 10:47 p.m. Dispatched to the rear of 37 N. Main St. for a suspicious circumstance.  A 15 year old male juvenile was charged with curfew violation and disorderly conduct.

November 18, 2006, 11:07 p.m. Assisted ambulance at 11696 Hill St. for a cardiac arrest victim.

November 19, 2006, 7:00 p.m.  911 hang up call at 14 Ovelton Ave. Upon arrival, mother and son were reportedly having a verbal argument.

November 20, 2006, 8:10 p.m.  Ronald Betts was charged with disorderly conduct in the area of the Shell Station on N. Main St.

November 21, 2006, 1:00 p.m. Report taken from Wachovia Bank for a broken window.

November 21, 2006, 11:00 p.m. Single vehicle auto collision at Hill St. and railroad crossing.

November 22, 2006, 5:00 p.m. Report of a group of juveniles  partying at 31 High St. Juveniles were gone on arrival and the homeowner, Mr. Parks, was contacted about incident.

November 22, 2006, 7:30 p.m. Harassment reported in area of 12535 Winterstown Rd. Warning was issued to the suspect to have no further contact with the victim.

November 22, 2006, 7:30 p.m. Melissa Ensor reported a theft of various items at 30 Highland Manor.  Investigation started.

November 23, 2006, 12:29 p.m. Verbal domestic between Susan and James Lynch at 102 Shawnee Dr.

November 27, 2006, 9:13 a.m. Reporting party reported an abandoned vehicle parked on the lot in front of D&D Scarborough located at 53 S. Main St.

November 27, 2006, 11:45 a.m. Reporting party reported that the TV cable/internet cable was cut in several places sometime between 11/22/2006 and 11/27/2006.

November 27, 2006, 5:30 p.m. Sharon Jones of 30 Highland Manor reported her license plate was stolen from her vehicle sometime around 11/19/2006.

November 27, 2006, 6:00 p.m.  Complainant reported criminal mischief/vandalism to his vehicle on 11/24/2006 in the area of 8 Ballast Ln.  Actor was located and charges filed.

November 27, 2006, 8:45 p.m.  Traffic violation leads to arrest of subject with an outstanding warrant and possession of marijuana in the area of Free St. and N. Main St.  Chad Fitch was arrested and taken to Central Booking


November 29, 2006, 8:14 p.m. Dispatched to a reported trespassing at 19 Bronson Ave. Landlord was present with evicted tenant who allowed tenant to remove property.

November 29, 2006, 9:55 p.m.  Investigation of verbal argument at 58 S. Main St. leads to assisting PSP with a DUI/hit and run/ drug arrest

November 30, 2006, 3:45 p.m. Susan Lynch of 102 Shawnee Dr. was arrested and charged for Aggravated Assault, Resisting Arrest and Harassment.

December 1, 2006, 7:00 p.m. Employee of the Shell Gas Station on N. Main St. Reported a theft of gas.  Tag number was obtained and actor was located.

December 1, 2006, 7:20 p.m.  Dispatched to a reported down tree on the roadway in the area of 7362 Church Rd.  Eureka Fire Police and Kunkle Lawncare removed the tree.

December 1, 2006, 7:50 a.m.  Principal at Kennard Dale High School advised that on 11/22/2006 a student was sticking other students with a safety pin.  Actor was charged with Disorderly Conduct.

December 1, 2006, 11:05 a.m.  Principal at Kennard Dale High School reported that two female students engaged in a fight at the high school. Citations were issued.

December 4, 2006, 5:26 p.m.  Report taken for vandalism to Christmas decoration at 47 N. Main St.

December 5, 2006, 10:30 a.m. Principal at Kennard Dale High School reported a theft of personal property, Cell phone and I-pods, from two students while attending basketball practice which occurred on Monday, 11/13/2006

December 5, 2006, 2:00 p.m.   Dispatched to 12367 Mount Olivet Rd.. Complainant reported finding some personal property.

December 5, 2006, 8:28 p.m. 911 hang up call at the SEMS West Bldg. Witnesses advised a male juvenile was seen at the pay phone but has left the premises.

December 5, 2006, 8:56 p.m.  Assisted ambulance at 7 Springwood Ave.

December 7, 2006, 7:20 p.m. Telephone harassment reported in the area of Camelot Ct. Charges filed.

December 8, 2006, 5:30 p.m.  Non-reportable vehicle collision at 6992 Church Rd. Information exchanged.

December 8, 2006, 11:51 p.m. Travis Seiple was arrest for DUI, driving with a suspended license and speeding in the area of Winterstown Rd. at Sycamore Ln.

December 11, 2006, 5:00 p.m. Report taken at 14 Locust for vandalism.  Actor(s) spray painted words in front of complainant’s home.

December 11, 2006, 7:46 p.m. Report taken at 7 W. Pennsylvania Ave. for vandalism. Spray painted words were found in complainant’s driveway.

December 13, 2006, 1:58 p.m. Principal at Kennard-Dale High School report that two male students became in an altercation in a hallway at the school.  Upon investigation, one male was cited for disorderly conduct.

December 13, 2006, 7:00 p.m.  Responded to an audible alarm coming from a pumping station in the area of Camelot Ct. and Kings Way.  Stewartstown Borough Sewer and Water Dept. was notified and responded.

December 13, 2006, 10:34 p.m.  Responded to a terroristic threat complaint at 53 High St. Upon investigation, Warren Lambert was arrested and charged.

December 14, 2006, 5:00 p.m.  Sean Haller was arrested, without incident, for an outstanding warrant.

December 15, 2006, 8:00 p.m.  Traffic violation leads to arrest for Driving without a License, DUI, Fleeing and Eluding, and Flight from Apprehension in the area of Mill Street and High Street.  Dejuan Robinson was arrested and taken to Central Booking.

December 16, 2006, 4:45 p.m. Complaint about a neighbor dispute in the area of 24 and 25 Highland Manor Dr.  Both parties were warned.

December 16, 2006, 7:00 p.m. Responded to a reported domestic verbal argument between a mother and juvenile daughters at 32 Mill St.

December 16, 2006, 9:38 p.m.  Juvenile was observed trespassing at 10 N. Main St. Juvenile was arrested and transported to the police station, cited and released to parent.

December 16, 2006, 9:04 p.m.  Traffic violation leads to the arrest of Brian Landrigan for an outstanding warrant in the area of N. Main St. At Rutter’s.    Subject was transported to Central Booking.

December 18, 2006, 8:32 a.m.  Asst. Principal at SEMS-East reported on 12/15/06 a seventh grade female student had taken a pair of leggings  out of another seventh grade female student’s gym locker.

December 18, 2006, 1:55 p.m.  Vandalism and desecration of a venerated object at Stewartstown Presbyterian Church at 14 College Ave. Investigation ongoing.

December 18, 2006, 9:49 p.m. Dispatched to 20 S. Main St. for a bank alarm.  Area was checked and found secure.

December 19,2006, 12:44 a.m. Harassment and Terroristic Threats in the area of 45 Mill St.

December 19, 2006, 4:00 p.m. Complaint of disorderly conduct, simple trespass, terroristic threats and harassment. Investigation conducted and charges filed against David Miller.

December 19, 2006, 5:17 p.m.  Dispatched to a reported blockage of an alleyway in the area of Mill St.  Subject was warned and vehicle was moved.

December 19, 2006, 4:30 p.m. Report taken for harassment by telecommunication in the area of 300 Bailey Dr.

December 19, 2006, 11:50 p.m. During a routine business security check, officer found an open door at 200 Bailey Dr.  Business was searched and officers secured the door. 

December 20, 2006, 6:44 p.m.  911 hang up investigated  at 20 Church St.  Verbal dispute between two brothers.

December 20, 2006, 11:05 p.m.  Trespassing arrest leads to drug and drug paraphernalia arrest in the area of 10 N. Main St.  Joshua Barnes and Matthew Jones were arrested and charged.

December 22, 2006, 5:19 a.m.  Reported criminal mischief, destruction of Christmas exterior lighted decorations at 13 Highland Manor Dr.

December 23, 2006, 4:42 a.m. Subjects were observed trespassing at 10 N. Main St.  Further investigation warranted citations for underage drinking and curfew violations.

December 24, 2006, 3:00 a.m.  Officer observed  broken windows on the ground level of the building at 13 Mill St. Building was searched and found unoccupied.

December 27, 2006, 4:04 a.m.  During routine business checks, officer observed an open door at Gordon’s Auto Body Shop on Mill St.  Building was searched and secured.

December 27, 2006, 2:45 p.m. Complainant reported a vehicle parked in the area of Mill St. for four weeks without being moved.  Registration was checked, vehicle was legally parked  and owner lives in the area. 

December 28, 2006, 7:22 a.m. Report received of an overnight burglary at 63 N. Main St. Investigation started.

December 28, 2006, 2:45 p.m.  911 hang up at 103 Trout Ln. Upon arrival resident indicated she misdialed.

December 29, 2006, 8:06 a.m. Dispatched to a verbal domestic between James and Susan Lynch at 102 Shawnee Dr.

December 29, 2006, 2:04 p.m. Dispatched to a two vehicle non-reportable accident at Mill St. and N. Hill St.

December 30, 2006, 8:48 p.m. Responded to a verbal argument between mother and son at 20 Church St. 

December 31, 2006, 10:33 p.m. Dispatched to a possible DUI in the area of Holly Tree Ct. Area was searched with negative results.
