January 1, 2007, 11:48 p.m. During a routine business check, officer found an open door at 6 N. Main St. Apt. D.  Area checked and officer secured apartment door.

January 4, 2007, 10:00 p.m.  Concerned parent reported and requested contact information about her truant son.

January 5, 2007, 9:20 p.m. Occupied vehicle observed in the lower lot of Stewartstown Presbyterian Church at 15 College Ave. Vehicle was occupied by two juveniles. Parents were contacted and juveniles released.

January 6, 2007, 9:30 p.m.  Responded to a verbal domestic at 21 Highland Manor Dr. 

January 6, 2007, 9:50 p.m.  Warrant served on Kyle Chapman in the area of 63 N. Main St. Constable was contacted.

January 7, 2007, 12:15 a.m.  Juveniles were observed walking on N. Main St. and Memory Ln. Parents were contacted and warned of the curfew ordinance. Juveniles were released to parent.

January 7, 2007, 12:55 a.m.  Responded to 20 Church St. for a reported underage drinking party.  Subjects were arrested and charged.

January 8, 2007, 8:56 p.m.  Assisted ambulance at 104 Shawnee Dr. with a victim having breathing difficulties.

January 9, 2007, 12:03 a.m. Complainant  reported some items missing from his home at 7 S. Main St..  There was no evidence of forced entry.  Report taken and investigation started.

January 9, 2007, 1:43 p.m. Dispatched to an ambulance call at Fawn Area Elem. School for a nine year old male student who had fallen on the playground.

January 9, 2007, 8:30p.m.  Report taken for a harassment by communication at 102 Shawnee Dr.

January 9, 2007, 9:08 p.m. Report of a suspicious vehicle in the area of Church Rd. Vehicle was  located and suspect was questioned. Driver was cited for a suspended registration.

January 10, 2007, 9:00 p.m.  Complainant reported a suspicious vehicle observed in the area of a school bus stop at Crossroads United Methodist Church. Vehicle was described as a white sedan.

January 11, 2007, 11:46 p.m.  Daniel Pizlo was cited for disorderly conduct in the area of 18 S. Main St. Citation filed.

January 12, 2007, 11:53 p.m.  Armed Robbery at the Shell Station located at 62 N. Main St. Suspect is described as a b/m, med./light complexion, approx. 6-0 ft tall, 225 lbs., wearing a light-colored sweater with dark stripes, jeans, and white sneakers.                                             

January 13, 2007, 4:01 a.m.  Arrest of suspect John D. Gentry, from Dallastown PA., in the area of 18 S. Main Street.  Suspect was charged with trespassing, loitering and prowling, and possession of instruments of a crime. Investigation ongoing.

January 16, 2006, 8:41 p.m. Complainant reported a suspicious vehicle parked in the area of Trout Ln. Vehicle was legally parked and no further police action was warranted.

January 20, 2007, 9:00 p.m. Complainant reported dirt bikes on the roadway in the area of Church Rd. and Crossroads Ave.  Upon arrival dirt bikes were gone.

January 22, 2007, 11:44 p.m. Dispatched to a verbal domestic at 13166 Crossroads Ave.

January 23, 2007, 5:55 p.m.  Officer put a deer down after it was hit by a vehicle in the area of Barrens Rd. North and Stewartstown Elementary School.

January 25, 2007, 2:59 p.m.  Eighth grade female student was reported to be disorderly on a school bus in front of the South Eastern Middle School.  Citation was issued to student.

January 26, 2007, 11:26 a.m.  Ninth grade male student reportedly struck another ninth grade male student in the boys’ locker room after a physical education class.  Citation issued.

January 27, 2006, 11:34 p.m.  Assisted Southern Regional Police Dept. with a reported fight at Glen Rock Tavern.

January 29, 2007, 6:30 p.m.  Identity theft report taken at 12676 Winterstown Rd.

January 29, 2007, 22:17 p.m.  During a traffic stop in the area of Winterstown Rd., north of the Fire hall, vehicle was found to have a revoked  plate.  Plate was seized and vehicle  towed. Citation issued. 

January 31, 2007, 1:48 a.m.  Complainant reported a suspicious vehicle observed in the area of Heather Drive.  Vehicle was gone on arrival. Area checked.

January 31, 2007, 7:57 p.m.  911 hang up at Fawn Area Elem. School.  No emergency required police response.

January 31, 2007, 8:10 p.m.  Traffic stop in the area of Highland Manor Dr. and High St. leads to warrant service.

February 1, 2007, 1:34 a.m.  Traffic stop leads to alcohol violation.  Citations issued to Kirt Sisson in the area of N. Main St. and Ballast Ln.

February 1, 2007, 2:49 a.m.  Dispatched to an alarm at Eckerd Pharmacy at 4 Ballast Ln. Business checked and found secure.

February 2, 2007, 10:20 a.m.  Kennard-Dale High School principal reported two ninth grade female students engaged in an altercation in the hallway of the school.  Citations issued.

February 3, 2007, 12:00 a.m.  Wanted subject, Timothy J. Peters,  was located, apprehended and warrant served by Constable.

February 7, 2007, 8:05 p.m.  Reporting party complained about noise coming from 25 Highland Manor Dr.  Officer responded and warned resident.

February 8, 2007, 4:00 p.m.  Report of an aggressive verbal exchange between two men at 63 N. Main St. 

February 9, 2007, 8:30 a.m. Harassment via communications received at 6 N. Main St. Investigation started.

February 9, 2007, 11:48 a.m. Warrant served on Robert Jay Winters at 33 A. W. Pennsylvania Ave.

February 9, 2007, 1:30 p.m.  Assisted York Area Regional Police with a request in locating an individual in the area of N. Hill St.  Subject was not located in Stewartstown but later found by YARPD in their Felton jurisdiction.

February 9, 2007, 8:44 p.m. Complainant reported an unauthorized use of a motor vehicle at 45 N. Main St. Charges filed.

February 9, 2007, 9:41 p.m. Runaway female juvenile reported in the area of Mill St.  Juvenile found and transported back to her residence.

February 10, 2007, 8:00 p.m.  False report of fire originating from Rutter’s Farm Store pay-phone at 3 Charles Ave.  Investigation started.

February 11, 2007,11:30 p.m. Assisted Pa State Police with a suspected vehicle involved in a hit and run located in the area of Center Rd.

February 12, 2007, 10:50 p.m.  Assisted ambulance at 14131 Crossroads Ave.

February 13, 2007, 1:35 p.m.  Complainant reported that last Friday , 2/9/07, someone took her purse which was left in a shopping cart at Saubel’s Mkt. on Ballast Ln.

February 14, 2007, 5:10 p.m.  Alarm reported at Wachovia Bank,18 S. Main St. Bank and area checked and found secure.

February 14, 2007, 5:20 p.m.  Complainant reported snowmobiles/ATV’s in the area of Heather Drive and College Ave.  Area was checked and snowmobiles were gone on arrival.

February 15, 2007, 8:43 p.m. Investigation of a motor vehicle collision leads to a DUI arrest at 10877 Winterstown Rd.

February 16, 2007, 12:05 a.m.  Theft of medication reported in the area of Mill St. Investigation started.

February 16, 2007, 1:29 p.m.  Assisted ambulance at 30 Springwood Ave.

February 16, 2007, 7:00 p.m.  Harassment reported by a third party in the area of High St.

February 17, 2007, 3:48 a.m.  Suspicious vehicle in the area of Mill St and Free St. resulted in a Public Drunkenness arrest.

February 17, 2007, 10:38 p.m.  Investigation of suspicious vehicle leads to an arrest of a wanted subject in the area of 18 S. Main St. (parking lot)  Constable was notified.

February 20, 2007, 11:34 a.m.  Warrant was served on Dawn Godfrey for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle.

February 21, 2007, 5:45 p.m. Complainant reported a maintenance man at Highland Manor Apartments, shouted obscenities at her on 2/16/2007. Charges pending investigation.

February 23, 2007, 12:01 a.m.  Citation issued to a juvenile for curfew violations at Rutter’s on N. Main St.  Juvenile was released to parent.

February 23, 2007, 12:30 a.m.  Responded to an alarm at Richman’s Auto Supply located at 13 Mill St.  Door was blown open, security check was performed and business was secured.

February 23, 2007, 10:50 p.m.  Loitering investigation leads to warrant service at 6 S. Main St.  Joshua Blakeslee was arrested and Constable notified.

February 24, 2007, 1:28 a.m.  Traffic stop leads to warrant service in the area of Mill St and Cemetery. Constable notified.

February 24, 2007, 2:06 a.m.  Dispatched to a verbal domestic at 11970 Winterstown Rd.

February 25, 2007, 1:24 a.m.  Suspected DUI turns into a drug arrest in the area of Hill St. in Winterstown Boro.  Frank Sanfilippo was arrested and charged.

February 25, 2007, 7:58 p.m. Dispatched to a reported public drunk in the area of 44 N. Main St.  Lucas Cole was cited for public drunkenness and later released to his parent.

February 26, 2007, 10:45 a.m.  911 hang up at Fawn Area Elementary School.  Pay phone was checked and found to be malfunctioning.    

February 27, 2007, 10:02 p.m. Assisted fired dept. with a structure fire at 11 N. Hill St.

February 28,2007, 4:30 p.m. Complainant reported a lost/stolen license plate from 31 Highland Manor Dr.

February 28, 2007, 4:31 p.m.  Warnings issued to juveniles seen skateboarding at the Stewartstown Presbyterian Church.  One juvenile had an outstanding warrant which was served.

March 1, 2007, 9:33 p.m. Dispatched to a business alarm at 18 S. Main St. Business checked and area found secure.

March 2, 2007, 9:05 a.m. Two ninth grade male students reportedly had an altercation in a classroom at Kennard Dale High School   One student cited for harassment.

March 2, 2007, 11:45 p.m. Juvenile was cited and released to parent for a curfew violation at Rutter’s 3 Charles Ave.

March 2, 2007, 8:38 p.m. Assisted Southern Regional P.D. on a domestic situation in area of Manchester St.

March 3, 2007, 9:53 p.m. Dispatched to a business alarm at 18 S. Main St. My Three Sons Restaurant.  Door was unsecured.  Business check was conducted and found no forced entry.  Business responder arrived to secure restaurant.

March 3, 2007, 10:18 p.m. Suspicious activity observed at 18 S. Main St., rear parking lot.  Warnings issued for trespassing.

March 3, 2007, 10:48 p.m.  Hit and run reported at 43 High St.  Report filed.

March 6, 2007, 8:55 p.m. Suspicious vehicle at W. Pennsylvania Ave and S. Hill St. Vehicle owner, William R. Sommer, Sr. had an outstanding warrant. Constable notified.

March 6, 2007, 3:10 p.m. Reporting party stated her house, 14131 Cross Roads Ave.,  was burglarized on 2/28/2007, 3/1/2007 and 3/2/2007.  All three days between 9:30 a.m and 10:00 a.m. There were no signs of forced entry.

March 7, 2007, 9:45 p.m. Reported neighbor dispute over driveway at 37 S. Main St.

March 8, 2007, 12:00 a.m. Assisted Fire Dept. For a possible structure fire.  Smoke observed was coming from machines from Key Plastics. No structure fire observed.

March 10, 2007, 1:47 a.m.  During a routine traffic stop at College Ave. and Kennard Dale, driver, Joshua Fishpaw, had an outstanding warrant.  Constable notified.

March 10, 2007, 7:13 p.m.  Dispatched to the parking lot at Bailey Springs for a vehicle collision.  Information exchanged between drivers.

March 10, 2007, 9:00 p.m. Responded to a suspected alarm at the Fypon Bldg. on S. Hill St. Building check was performed and determined to be secure.

March 10, 2007, 8:48 p.m.  Assisted PA State Police with a domestic call at 2 Cedar Ln.

March 11, 2007, 12:35 a.m. Traffic stop leads to a possession of liquor citation at S Main St. and Camelot Ct.   

March 11, 2007, 8:38 p.m. Traffic Stop at Ballast and Main St. leads to warrant service on the driver, Matthew Aaron Bocek.  Constable notified.

March 12, 2007, 5:17 p.m. Rone Palmer of 4 S. Main St., reported a theft of property from her apartment. Report taken and investigation started.

March 12, 2007, 5:48 p.m.  Vehicle collision in the area of 11550 Winterstown Rd.

March 13, 2007, 9:59 p.m. Physical domestic dispute at 4423 Apple St. Parties were separated.

March 13, 2007, 8:19 a.m.  Gas drive off reported from Rutter’s Store.  Investigation started.

March 13, 2007, 11:36 p.m.  Credit card fraud reported in the area of Fishel Rd. Investigation started.

March 14, 2007, 1:32 p.m.  Asst. Principal at Kennard Dale High School reported that an 11th grade LIU student was disorderly while in his office.  Parent notified and citation for disorderly conduct was issued.

March 14, 2007, 5:45 p.m.  Wanted subject, Kyle Chapman, was observed and apprehended at the parking lot by Camelot Ct. Constable notified and subject was issued a field receipt.

March 14, 2007, 6:37 p.m.  Kevin Edward Alt was served two warrants at 2 Highland Manor Dr. 

March 14, 2007, 6:58 p.m.  Warrant served on Christa Holmes at 25 Highland Manor Dr.

March 14, 2007, 7:57 p.m.  Warrant served on Christopher Leight at 71 Mill St.

March 15, 2007, 7:57 p.m.  Suspicious parked vehicle discovered at the lower parking lot at the Presbyterian Church on College Ave.  Occupants warned and told to leave.  Parent of one of the juvenile occupants notified.

March 15, 2007, 9:03 p.m.  Rutter’s reported a theft of gas. Suspect information provided and charges to be filed.

March 17, 2007, 7:14 p.m. Dispatched to a vehicle accident in the area of Fawn Grove Elementary.  Upon arrival accident was in PA State Police jurisdiction who was then notified of incident.

March 17, 2007, 10:53 p.m. Dispatched to a welfare check at 11734 Hill St. 

March 18, 2007, 7:55 p.m.  Police performed a stand-by while personal property was retrieved at 33 Camelot Ct.

March 18, 2007, 9:36 p.m.  Dispatched to 23 Highland Manor for a harassment report. Kimberly Bell reported being harassed by Lisa Whitman and Kelly Mata of Highland Manor.  Warnings were issued to subjects and instructed to have no contact.

March 21, 2007, 5:25 p.m. Wanted subject, Laura Mason, was observed, warrant served and Constable  field receipted subject at 12 N. Main St.

March 21, 2007, 7:00 p.m. Wanted subject, Royce Reynolds, III, was apprehended at 6 N. Main St. and transported to Central Booking by Constable.

March 21, 2007, 6:50 p.m. 911 hang up at Stewartstown Elementary School.  Source of call found to be juveniles playing with the phone.

March 21, 2007, 6:20 p.m. Dispatched to 8 Winters Ave. for a harassment by communication report.

March 22, 2007, 8:39 p.m. Dispatched to 11778 Pine St. for an assault report between siblings. Charges pending investigation.

March 24, 2007, 10:00 p.m. Late reported domestic incident reported in the area of 54 Mill St.

March 26, 2007, 1:08 a.m. During patrol, vandalized stop sign was observed at George St. and W. Pennsylvania Ave.  Streets and Roads chairman was notified.

March 28, 2007, 8:10 p.m. Dispatched to a residential alarm at 98 Kennard Dale Ave.   Pet sitter accidentally set alarm off.

March 29, 2007, 11:15 p.m.  Mother of a second grader at Stew. Elem. School reported an incident which happened on a school bus be investigated.  Investigation pending school authorities complete report.

March 28, 2007, 8:10 p.m. Report of a hit and run at 12724 Winterstown Rd. Complainant reported his mailbox had been hit and demolished.

March 29, 2007, 8:47 p.m. During a routine traffic stop at Mt. Olivet Rd. and Cherry St., subject, William Park, was arrested, charged and transported to Central Booking for DUI.

April 4, 2007, 8:30 p.m. Wanted subject, Edward Lee Gaunt, was observed, arrested and warrant served by Constable Langley.  Mr. Gaunt was field receipted then released.

April 4, 2007, 11:46 p.m. Domestic dispute at 57 Kingsway.  Charges filed. 

April 5, 2007, 10:19 p.m. Neighbor dispute at 35 S. Main St.

April 6, 2007, 8:44 p.m. Assisted Southern Regional P.D. on a commitment apprehension.

April 11, 2007, 3:46 a.m. Suspicious package discovered in the area of 72 N. Main St.  PSP assisted with identifying contents which were found to be harmless.

April 13, 2007, 7:18 p.m. Dispatched to a domestic verbal argument at 26 Highland Manor Dr.

April 15, 2007, 7:05 p.m. 2 S. Main St. welfare check requested from Harford Co. Sheriff’s Dept.

April 15, 2007, 11:59 p.m. Routine traffic stop leads to warrant service of Brian Lee Knight. Constable notified.

April 16, 2007, 7:49 p.m. Report of a gas drive off at Rutters located at 3 Charles Ave. Subject located and responded to Rutters.

April 16, 2007, 10:50 p.m. Warren Henderson, Sr. was arrested at 45 Mill St. for an outstanding Civil Bench Warrant without incident. Constable notified.

April 18, 2007, 8:42 p.m. Traffic violation leads to warrant service in the area of Mt. Olivet Rd. and Swamp Rd.  Constable notified and Michael Semmel was field receipted.

April 18, 2007, 10:30 p.m. Dispatched to a disorderly conduct complaint in the area of N. Main St. and Charles Ave.  White Ford Mustang was reported as driving erratically.  Vehicle found and juvenile driver cited.  Parent notified.

April 19, 2007, 8:45 p.m. Dispatched to 4482 Sycamore Ln. for a missing persons report. Daughter, Erin Patti, had been missing since 4/17/2007. Ms. Patti was later found on 4/21/2007.

April 20, 2007, 12:54 a.m. Dispatched to a domestic between mother and daughter at 4301 Sycamore Ln.

April 20, 2007, 5:50 p.m.  Arrest warrant served on John R. Thomas, Jr.  at Mill and N. Main St. Constable notified.

April 21, 2007, 8:15 p.m. Identity theft report taken at 7530 Mountain Rd.

April 21, 2007, 7:15 p.m. Criminal trespass/mischief investigation started at 11970 Winterstown Rd.

April 21, 2007, 8:00 p.m. Complaint received involving a juvenile seen riding a min-bike numerous occasions on Memory Ln.  Disorderly Conduct citation issued.


April 24, 2007, 2:54 a.m. Assisted ambulance at 2 S. Main St.

April 24, 2007, 7:31 p.m. Dispatched to a domestic dispute between mother and daughter at      4301 Sycamore Ln.

April 25, 2007, 1:09 p.m. Asst. Principal at SEMS-East reported a 7th grade female student struck and shoved another 7th grade female student while inside the girls’ locker room.  Citation issued to aggressor.

April 25, 2007, 9:34 p.m.  911 hang up received from the Verizon Bldg. at 68 N. Main St. No employees present and building found to be secure. 

April 24, 2007, 9:11 p.m. Dispatched to Cedar Lane in reference to an assault that occurred in Stewartstown Borough involving Daniel Pizlo. Charges pending investigation.

April 26, 2007, 7:52 p.m. Dispatched to a domestic situation at 11485 Hill St.      

April 27, 2007, 8:45 p.m. Vandalism to a parked vehicle reported by the owner at 52 Kingsway.

April 28, 2007, 10:00 p.m. Officers arrested Gary Schlyer in the area of 68 N. Main St. who was wanted by PSP.  Mr. Schlyer was turned over to PA State Police for processing.

April 29, 2007, 7:15 p.m. Warning issued to a juvenile male riding a motorized scooter through reporting party’s yard at 46 W. Pennsylvania Ave.  Juvenile’s parents contacted.

May 3, 2007, 1:28 p.m. Dispatched to 10883 Oak Ridge Ave. for a bad check report. Charges filed against Stephen Burns.

May 3, 2007, 4:28 p.m. Dispatched to West Pennsylvania Ave. concerning a four wheeler on a roadway. Juvenile located and warned.

May 3, 2007, 5:03 p.m. Responded to 117 Shawnee Dr. for a report that two juveniles were shot with an air rifle by another juvenile who lives on Shawnee Dr.  Investigation conducte and charges filed.

May 4, 2007, 9:15 a.m. Dispatched to 19 B. E. Pennsylvania Ave. for a vandalism report.  Area vehicles were smeared with what appeared to be wall plaster.

May 5, 2007, 9:21 p.m. Responded to a domestic situation between a juvenile female and her mother and grandmother.  Citations filed.

May 6, 2007, 12:58 a.m. Dwight D. Tatum, Jr. was arrested for DUI, suspended driver’s

license and an outstanding warrant which was also served during a routine traffic stop. 

May 6, 2007, 4:01 a.m. Dispatched to 25 High St. for reported vandalism to a vehicles window.

May 6, 2007, 1:49 p.m. Assisted other police from PG County to check for a possible stolen/unauthorized use of a vehicle at 36 S. Main St.

May 6, 2007, 2:41 p.m.  Pedestrian struck by a side mirror of a motor vehicle on Mt. Olivet Rd.  Car was described as a two door black car, possibly a Honda Civic, with tinted windows and a black and white colored registration plate.  Vehicle should have damage to the side view mirror. 

May 7, 2007, 10:36 a.m. Rutter’s reported a female was splashed with gasoline in her eyes and face while pumping gas at 3 Charles Ave.  Report taken.

May 7, 2007, 11:02 a.m. Kidsville Junction Childcare reported  license plate GLY4704 was stolen off of their van. 

May 8, 2007, 12:26 a.m. During routine patrol in the area of College Ave,  a reported stolen vehicle from Maryland was recovered at the Stewartstown Presby. Church. 

May 8, 2007, 5:45 p.m.  Reportable motor vehicle collision. No injuries- one vehicle towed in the area of W. Pennsylvania Ave. and N. Hill St.

May 8, 2007, 7:42 p.m. Reported harassment and disorderly conduct at the Hopewell Rec. Center’s lower baseball field involving a male juvenile and subject,  Mr. Peter Young. Upon investigation, citations were issued to Mr. Young for harassment and disorderly conduct. 

May 9, 2007, 10:36 p.m.  Officer dispatched to assist York Area Regional P.D. with locating a possible DUI.  Driver was located on Rt. 24 and PA State Police was notified since offense occurred in their jurisdiction.

May 11, 2007, 4:05 p.m. Dispatched to a low hanging wire in front of 12676 Winterstown Rd. Clearview Cable was notified to secure the wire.

May 11, 2007, 7:04 p.m. Dispatched to a single vehicle collision in the area of 12518 Winterstown Rd.  Paul Craley was arrested for DUI.

May 12, 2007, 11:56 a.m. Dispatched to Kennard-Dale High School for a front door alarm.  Doors were checked and secure-no sign of attempted entry.

May 13, 2007, 10:15 a.m. Dispatched to 25 Charles Ave. for damage done to property by a vehicle.

May 14, 2007, 11:00 a.m. Assisted ambulance at 6192 Century Farms Rd.

May 14, 2007, 4:11 p.m.  Dispatched to N. Main St. and Memory Ln. for a suspicious person.  Suspicious person found and questioned. No further police action was warranted.

May 14, 2007, 4:11 p.m.  While investigating a suspicious person call, Officer observed a juvenile light and begin smoking cigarettes.  Cigarettes were confiscated in area of N. Main St. and Memory Ln.

May 15, 2007, 7:51 a.m. Principal at Kennard Dale High School requested an investigation into an incident which occurred on 5/9/07 where a student allegedly struck another 9th grade male student.  Charges pending investigation.

May 17, 2007, 12:55 a.m.  Motor vehicle collision involving intoxicated driver and parked minivan located at 6 N. Main St.  Intoxicated driver was taken to Memorial Hospital for Blood Alcohol Content. Charges to be filed pending test results.

May 17, 2007, 12:26 p.m. Dispatched to a possible wanted person in the area of Highland Manor Dr.  Person located and an all around check came back negative.  No further police action was warranted.

May 18, 2007, 6:07 p.m. Dispatched to Highland Manor area for shots fired heard. Upon arrival a male was observed with a four wheeler blowing up groundhog holes.

May 19, 2007, 1:27 p.m.  Dispatched to a domestic situation at 102 Shawnee Dr.

May 19, 2007, 3:56 p.m. Dispatched to 20 Highland Manor for a report of harassment of a three year old child. 

May 20, 2007, 12:40 a.m.  During routine patrol, Shawn E. Macas was arrested for DUI and underage drinking.  Subject was taken to central booking.

July 2, 2007, 4:53 p.m. Sovereign bank on W. Pennsylvania Ave. was robbed with a firearm displayed.  Officers responded and investigation started.  Actor was described as a thin, white male, light colored hair, in his 20's wearing a dark shirt, camouflaged baseball cap

July 3, 2007, 10:53 a.m. Asst. Manager of Eckerd Drug Store reported that a customer saw a white female run from the store with a basket filled with unknown merchandise.   Actor fled in a medium sized blue sedan .

July 4, 2007, 4:10  p.m. The caretaker at the Stewartstown Cemetery, reported that he discovered four headstone toppled from its foundation.

July 12, 2007, 1:45 a.m. Wanted subject, Donna Lynn Allen,  was observed, identification and warrant confirmed and arrested without incident. Constable was contacted.

July 12, 2007, 12:05 p.m. Motor vehicle violation observed. Vehicle stopped and driver identified as a juvenile junior driver. Juvenile was cited for motor vehicle violations and curfew violation. Parent was contacted and responded.

August 23, 2007, 2:58 a.m.   Investigation of suspicious vehicle leads to arrest of wanted subjects and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia charges.  Nathan Beall and Stephanie Snow were arrested ,charged and transported  to Central Booking.

August 24, 2007, 9:58 p.m.    During a traffic stop at N. Main St. and Ballast Ln., operator was found to have an outstanding warrant. Constable notified and Alan Brent was transported to York County Prison.

August 25, 2007, 12:36 a.m.   During patrol, officer observed a domestic situation occurring in the area of Mt. Olivet Rd. south of Swamp Rd.  Officer controlled the situation and found one individual having an outstanding warrant.  Constable notified and took subject into custody.

September 5, 2007, 9:50 a.m. Complainant reported seeing a suspicious male taking photos of children with his cell phone at the playground on College Ave. Description of male and vehicle obtained and complainant advised to call 911 immediately if seen again.

October 11, 2007, 12:30 p.m. Dispatched to 100 S. Kennard Dale Ave. for a suspicious circumstance.  Steven Engel forced his way into the residence through a window.  Homeowner, John Favorite did not wish to press charges.

October 14, 2007, 1:56 a.m.   Vehicle pursuit due to traffic violation in the area of N. Hill St at Bronson Ave.  Vehicle eventually stopped and driver, Maria Cornelius, was arrested.  Charges filed.

October 24, 2007, 5:59 p.m.   Assisted Southern Regional Police Dept. with a missing youth thought to be in the Stewartstown area. Area was searched and child was not located.

October 26, 2007, 2:40 a.m.   Suspicious vehicle observed at 3 Charles Ave. Driver of the vehicle, Keith William-Scott Gemmill found to be underage intoxicated and behaved in a disorderly fashion.  Subject released to parent.  Appropriate charges filed.

October 26,2007, 7:23 p.m.    Domestic situation at 51 B. S. Main St.  Robert Rineholt charged with harassment.

October 28, 2007,11:09 p.m.  During a traffic stop in the area of 6 Springwood Ave. Corey Sprenkle was found to have an outstanding warrant. Constable notified and served warrant. Citation issued.

November 17, 2007, 3:18 p.m.  Dispatched to 7 Highland Manor Dr for a possible domestic.  Area checked and no signs of a domestic found.

November 17, 2007, 4:04 p.m.  Assisted ambulance in the area of 11 Chantilear Ct.

November 17, 2007, 11:57 p.m. Dispatched to 4 S. Main St. for a domestic dispute between a mother and juvenile daughter.  Juvenile was issued an underage drinking citation.

November 18, 2007, 10:00 a.m.  Reportable vehicle accident in the area of Hill St. and W. Pennsylvania Ave.

November 19, 2007, 9:04 p.m. Dispatched to 25 Charles Ave. for damage done to complainant’s front lawn from an unknown vehicle.

November 21, 2007, 10:53 a.m. Dispatched to 13 Mill St. for reported vandalism.   Windows were found broken on the north side of the Richmond’s Automotive Store.

November 24, 2007, 3:10 a.m.  Traffic violation in the area of N. Main St. and Ballast Ln leads to a DUI arrest.

November 25, 2007, 4:32 p.m. Dispatched to 12165 Winterstown Rd. for reported shots fired.  Area checked and two juveniles observed with air soft guns.  No other subjects found.

December 7, 2007, 1:45 p.m.  Lost cat was reported from 83 Cemetary Ave.

December 7, 2007, 7:00 p.m.  Assisted PSP with a bank robbery investigation at Sovereign Bank on W. Pennsylvania Ave.

December 7, 2007, 10:00 p.m.  Suspicious vehicle with three occupants observed in the parking lot at 6 W. Pennsylvania Ave.  R. Schlapppich, was arrested for trespassing, false ID to a police officer, sm. amt. of marijuana and driving while suspended.

December 9, 2007, 10:00 p.m.  Verbal domestic reported at 14076 Coal Hill Rd. Parties were separated.

December 9, 2007, 2:29 p.m.  Dispatched to 6 W. Pennsylvania Ave. for an activated silent alarm.  Business checked and found secure.

December 10, 2007, 12:00 a.m. Assisted PSP with a disable vehicle in the area of Rippling Run Rd. and Herbst Rd.

December 11, 2007, 8:05 a.m.  Assisted with moving livestock  from roadway in the area of Anderson Rd. North Hopewell advised.

December 11, 2007, 10:18 a.m.  Dispatched to an accident which was found to be Southern Regional’s jurisdiction.  Call was transferred to proper agency. 

December 11, 2007, 10:18 a.m.  Audible alarm reported in the area of 46 W. Pennsylvania Ave.  Area checked and alarm was no longer sounding.

December 11, 2007, 11:54 a.m.  911 hang-up received from Kennard Dale High School.  Officer responded - there was no emergency situation. 

December 11, 2007, 12:16 p.m.  Dispatched to SEMS East for a harassment report.  Male juvenile was charged.

December 11, 2007, 1:07 p.m. Residential alarm sounding at 18 Church St.  Residence checked and found secure.  Owner contacted and responded to residence.

December 11, 2007, 7:24 p.m.  Dispatched to the area of Winterstown Rd and the fire hall for a possible DUI driver.  Area searched and unable to locate vehicle.

December 12, 2007, 10:40 a.m. Dispatched to the area of 92 Cemetary Ave. for a reported loose German Shepard seen in the area. Area checked and unable to locate.

December 12, 2007, 9:57 p.m. Domestic situation at 7224 Church Rd. Parties were separated.

December 13, 2007, 8:15 a.m.  911 hang up at 11652 Hill St.  Residence and area checked.

December 14, 2007, 3:10 a.m. Dispatched to 14 Broadway for a suspected burglary report.  Investigation started.

December 15, 2007, 12:31 a.m.  Trespassing and curfew violation observed at 6 W. Pennsylvania Ave.  Juvenile cited and released to parent. Citation filed for adult suspect.

December 15, 2007, 2:27 p.m.  Reportable motor vehicle collision at S. Main St and W. Pennsylvania Ave. Both vehicle towed. 

December 15, 2007, 10:54 p.m.  Single vehicle reportable accident in the area of 6398 Church Rd.  Vehicle towed.

December 16, 2007, 3:20 a.m.  Dispatched to the area of 6464 Century Farms Rd. downed tree hitting cable and electric lines. Proper authorities were notified to rectify situation.

December 19, 2007, 9:18 a.m.  Dispatched to Saubel’s for two bad checks received that were written by J A. Macek. Investigation started

 

December 19, 2007, 2:03 p.m.  Dispatched to the area of 9 S. Main St. for a reported deer seen running into a pane of glass and stuck on the front porch of 9 S. Main St.  Deer was gone on arrival.

 

December 20, 2007, 10:00 a.m.  Assisted ambulance with a seizure victim at Kennard Dale High School.

 

December 21, 2007, 12:48 a.m.  Complainant reported a theft of a pack of cigarettes and a check from an unsecured vehicle in the area 33 W. Pennsylvania Ave.

 

December 21, 2007, 2:40 a.m.   Assisted York Area Regional P.D. and PA State Police in locating and apprehending a subject that threatened suicide in the area of Rt 851 and Draco Rd.

 

December 21, 2007, 9:05 a.m.   Dispatched to 63 W. Pennsylvania Ave. for a stolen vehicle report.  Vehicle was later recovered.

 

December 21, 2007, 9:05 a.m.   Animal complaint report taken from 92 Cemetary Ave.

December 21, 2007, 1:45 p.m.   Complainant reported a group of skateboarders in the area of Mill St.   Subjects were warned and advised of the Skateboard Ordinance.  Copy of the Ordinance was handed to the employees of the Skate Shop.
