January 4, 2008, 9:37 a.m.      Assisted ambulance at SEMS-East Middle School.

January 4, 2008, 4:58 p.m.      Dispatched to 51 S. Main St for a welfare check.  

January 4, 2008, 5:57 p.m.      Dispatched to  3 Charles Ave. for a theft of petty cash report.  Employee admitted to taking an undisclosed amount of cash.  Charges filed.  

January 4, 2008, 11:30 p.m.    Homeowner reported her mailbox struck and destroyed at 52 Heather Dr.

January 5, 2008, 11:05 a.m.    Collision between an emergency vehicle and sedan at 62 N. Main St.

January 5, 2008, 1:10 p.m.      Assisted North Hopewell P.D. with a reported struck pedestrian in the area of 14455 Winterstown Rd.  Involved vehicle was found and subject taken to N. Hopewell. No serious injuries reported.  

January 6, 2008, 1:05 a.m.      Short pursuit in the area of N. Main St. and Fulton Ave. ended in citations issued to a Ms. Reynold’s.  

January 6, 2008, 7:52 p.m.      Dispatched to17 Fulton Ave. for an alarm.  Resident accidentally activated the alarm.  

January 7, 2008, 11:11 a.m.    Assisted ambulance at 103 Crestview.

January 8, 2008, 9:00 a.m.  Dispatched to 25 College Ave. for a criminal mischief report.  Subject(s) placed a soccer goal in front of the reporting party’s residence and broke a reflector at the end of his driveway. 

January 8, 2008, 11:30 p.m.   Assisted ambulance at 10 S. Main St.

January 10, 2008, 11:43 a.m.  Dispatched to Kennard Dale High School for a harassment report involving a special needs male student pushing the school Psychiatrist. 

 

January 10, 2008, 1:34 p.m.  Assisted ambulance at Kennard Dale High School for a female student having seizures.

 

January 10, 2008, 5:30 p.m.   Warnings issued to a group of juveniles having ongoing disputes in the area of the community center.  Parents and Kennard Dale Asst. Principal advised of situation.

 

January 10, 2008, 9:20 p.m. Warrant service performed at 6 Springwood Ave. Corey Sprenkle was taken into custody and Constable notified.

 

January 11, 2008, 6:44 p.m.   911 hang-up at Kennard Dale High School . Area was secure.

 

January 12, 2008, 2:42 a.m.  911 hang-up at 11 Springwood Ave.  Upon arrival subject advised there was a verbal argument between two male subjects which one had already left the area. Information obtained.

 

January 13, 2008, 1:57 a.m.  Suspicious vehicle in the rear of Bronson Ave.  Vehicles and area checked out and found secure.

 

January 13,2008, 3:53 a.m.  Assisted PSP with a domestic situation in the area of Hickory Rd.

 

January 13, 2008, 11:48 a.m.  911 hang-up at 20 Highland Manor.  Area checked and four year old found to be playing with phone.

January 13, 2008,9:59 p.m.  Assisted PSP with a traffic stop in the area of Rt 216 and Rt. 83.

 

January 15, 2008, 8:11 a.m.  Dispatched to Rutter’s for a reported theft by an employee.  Charges to be filed.

January 16, 2008, 7:43 a.m.  Report of male student harassing another male student at SEMS East.  Charges Filed.

January 16, 2008, 3:29 p.m.  Dispatched to Stewartstown Elementary School for a theft of purse and vehicle damage.  Subject(s) smashed the driver’s side middle window of a white van parked on the Stewartstown Elem. parking lot.  Investigation started.

January 17, 2008, 9:45 p.m. Dispatched to 27 College Ave. for an identity theft report. Investigation started.

January 18, 2008, 3:28 p.m.  Dispatched to Rutter’s for a retail theft report.  Employee found to be stealing misc. items from store. Charges filed.

January 19, 2008, 3:27 a.m. Dispatched to 4301 Sycamore Ln. for a domestic situation. Parties involved were separated for the evening. 

January 20, 2008, 12:15 a.m. Curfew violation observed at the Rutter’s Store. Two male juveniles cited and released to parents.

January 20, 2008, 4:10 p.m.  Dispatched to 19 A East Pennsylvania Ave. for a possible vandalism to a sun roof on the complainants Buick.

January 20, 2008, 11:33 a.m.  Dispatched to 3 Charles Ave. for an alarm.  Upon arrival, new employee claimed to accidentally trip alarm. Area was searched.

January 21, 2008, 1:42 p.m.  Dispatched to SEMS-East for a fire alarm.  Source of alarm was found to be a steam pipe that burst in the boy’s locker room. 

January 22, 2008, 7:13 p.m.   Assisted Ambulance at 6 S. Main St., Apt A.

January 23, 2008, 1:09 p.m.  Dispatched to 59 Poplar Springs for  vandalism to vehicle’s window complaint. Damage to back window of a 1998 Jeep occurred sometime on Thursday 1/17/2008.  Report taken.

January 23, 2008, 2:25 p.m.  Dispatched to 10 Mill St. for a complaint regarding  damage done to a street sign and curb.  Driver information of vehicle responsible for damage obtained.

January 23, 2008, 2:36 p.m.  Dispatched to 18 N. Main St. (Post Office) for a damaged vehicle. Subject keyed complainant’s vehicle while parked at the post office back parking lot.  Investigation started.

January 25, 2008, 9:41 a.m.  Assisted Fired Department at 9 S. Sycamore Ln. for an activated fire alarm. Upon arrival, resident stated he did not know why alarms were activated.

January 25, 2008, 1:29 p.m.   Single vehicle accident with injuries in the area of Winterstown Rd. and Oak Ridge Ave.

January 25, 2008, 10:11 p.m.  911 hang up at 20 Highland Manor Dr.  Officer responded and confirmed child had called and no emergency warranted.

January 26, 2008, 3:00 a.m.    Disorderly subjects reported in front of 5 N. Main St., Apt E.  Area searched and subjects were gone upon arrival. 

January 26, 2008, 10:04 p.m.  Dispatched to 19 Trout Ln. for a verbal domestic.  Officer responded and conflict resolved.

January 27, 2008, 1:15 a.m.  Complainant reported a pipe burst in a residence at 28 B. W. Penn. Ave.  Fire Co. and the Stewartstown Water/ Sewer responded and shut off the water. 

January 28, 2008, 4:23 p.m.  Warrant service performed on a juvenile in the area of George St. and Mill St. Constable was notified.

January 29, 2008, 8:41 a.m.  Dispatched to a motor vehicle collision in the area of Swamp Rd. and Winterstown Rd.  Collision was not located and no evidence of a collision found in the area.

January 29, 2008, 6:42 p.m.  Dispatched to 20 Fulton Ave. for a domestic situation. 

January 29, 2008, 9:22 p.m.    Dispatched to the area of 11784 Winterstown Rd. for a motor vehicle collision.  Driver fled the scene of the accident.  Investigation started.

January 30, 2008, 10:31 a.m.  Dispatched to Crossroads Ave at Church Rd. for a reported power line down. 

January 31, 2008, 9:00 a.m.  Dispatched to 18 S. Main St. Ste. 150 for a motion alarm.  Upon arrival, officers found an open door to the rear of the building.  Area checked and business owners contacted.

February 1, 2008, 1:55 p.m.  Assisted Parole and Probation at 5027 Rippling Run Rd.

February 1, 2008, 6:13 p.m. 911 hang-up at 20 Highland Manor. Child was found to be playing with phone. Area checked.

February 2, 2008, 12:48 a.m.  Unidentified male subject approx. 40 years old, blonde hair, framed glasses, leather jacket and seen driving a white Ford F-250 truck exposed himself to the cashier at the Rutter’s Farm Store on two separate occasions.  Subject was found later, arrested and charged.

February 3, 2008, 1:34 a.m.  Assisted Ambulance at 100 Smokebox Circle until PA State Police arrived on scene.

February 3, 2008, 10:38 p.m.  911 hang up at 78 S. Kennard Dale Ave.  Officer responded and met with resident. No emergency or action warranted.

February 4, 2008, 9:37 a.m.  Dispatched to 16 E. Pennsylvania Ave. for a vandalism report.  Complainant reported finding a bullet lodged in the roof of his residence.  Unknown time of occurrence.

February 4, 2008, 6:49 p.m.   Assisted Pa State Police with a possible DUI/suspicious vehicle in the area of N. Hill St. and W. Pennsylvania Ave. Area searched with negative results.

February 5, 2008, 10:30 a.m.  Animal complaint in the area of 6485 Church Rd. Pitbull observed by complainant eating trash. Dog was gone on arrival. Animal Control contacted.

February 5, 2008, 12:55 p.m.  Tractor trailer knocked down the stop sign at W. Pennsylvania Ave and S. Main St.  Responsible driver located and information obtained. 

February 5, 2008, 9:25 p.m.  Business check disclosed an open door at the Mason Dixon Library.  Business emergency contact number obtained and employee responded to secure door.

February 6, 2008, 6:21 p.m.   Late report taken for a suspicious vehicle reported in the area of the United Methodist Church in Winterstown on 2/4/08 between 8:10 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.. Vehicle was described as a green van with a male driver. Complainant advised to call 911 immediately if seen again.

February 7, 2008, 2:56 p.m.   Suspicious person seen in the area of the Sovereign Bank.  Officers located subject, questioned and released 

February 7, 2008, 5:40 p.m.    Dispatched to 8 Highland Manor for a domestic situation.

February 7, 2008, 8:42 p.m.   Officers observed a suspicious semi- trailer and tractor parked in the lot at  Bailey Plaza.  Driver questioned and advised to move on. 

February 8, 2008, 6:15 p.m.   Chief Walker reported that the “Duty Officer” truck was vandalized in the area of Shawnee Dr. 

February 8, 2008, 7:49 p.m.  Dispatched to a bank alarm at 18 S. Main St. Officer requested a business emergency contact to be notified and respond to the area .  Bank checked and found secure. No signs of forced entry.

February 9, 2008, 12:22 a.m.    Assisted PA State Police / barricaded gunman at 2606 Orwig Rd.

February 9, 2008, 3:45 p.m.     Assisted ambulance at 33 Highland Manor Dr.

February 10, 2008, 3:40 p.m.   Two juveniles cited for underage drinking and various other charges in the area of   6 N. Main St.  Parents notified to pick up their juvenile.                                          

February 10, 2008, 9:09 p.m.    Traffic stop in the area of N. Main St. and Memory Ln. leads to multiple citations and towing of the vehicle.

February 11, 2008, 1:20 a.m.  Assisted ambulance at 4482 Hake Ln.

February 11, 2008, 11:35 a.m.  Assisted ambulance at 6 N. Main St with a fall victim.

February 12, 2008, 1:20 p.m.    During a traffic stop, vehicle was towed due to no car insurance. Citations also issued.

February 13, 2008, 8:06 a.m.  Dispatched to People’s Bank at 3 Ballast Ln. for an activated alarm.  Bank was checked and found secure.

February 13, 2008, 2:28 p.m.  Vehicle was towed in the area of N. Main St. and Springwood Ave. due to no car insurance discovered during a traffic stop.

February 14, 2008, 12:05 a..m.  Report taken from 32 High Street for missing prescription drugs.

February 14, 2008, 9:47 p.m.  911 hang up at 300 Bailey Dr.  Area checked and found secure.

February 15, 2008, 2:00 p.m.   Complainant reported damage done to his vehicle while parked on the Kennard Dale High School parking lot on 2/8/2008.

February 15, 2008, 11:11 a.m.  Reportable accident in the area of 70 S. Main St.

February 15, 2008, 10:24 p.m.  Dispatched to 33 A West Pennsylvania Ave for a verbal domestic.  No police action warranted.

February 16, 2008, 1:10 a.m.   Assisted ambulance at 6 S. Main St

February 18, 2008, 4:55 p.m.   Complainant reported hearing a black Honda Civic without hub caps over the past several weeks creating excessive noise while entering and exiting Station 54. Officer is familiar with the vehicle in question and will take the necessary corrective measures.

February 18, 2008, 6:42 p.m.  Assisted Fire Dept. with a natural gas leak at 7 W. Pennsylvania Ave.

February 19, 2008, 8:57 p.m.   Complainant reported seeing a tent on the fair grounds which looked suspicious.  Area checked and child’s tent recovered which had been blown onto the field due to windy weather conditions.

February 22, 2008, 9:45 a.m.   Assisted ambulance at 5 Broadway Ave.               

February 22, 2008, 2:45 p.m.  Complainant advised questionable tobacco items were for sale at the Shell Station at 62 N. Main St.  Officers investigated merchandise and no police action can be enforced.

February 22, 2008, 4:05 p.m. Complainant advised seeing suspicious boot tracks in the snow to the rear door of their residence in the area of 5151 Rippling Run Rd.  Incident was documented.

February 22, 2008, 11:15 p.m. Assisted ambulance at the Winterstown Fire Hall with a fall victim who drove themselves to the fire hall for assistance.

February 23, 2008, 6:55 p.m  911 hang up received from 20 Highland Manor Dr.  Child was found to be playing with phone.

February 24, 2008, 8:37 p.m.  Assisted ambulance with a fall victim at 32 High St.

February 25, 2008, 6:17 p.m. Dispatched to 13 Mill Street for an alarm sounding. Upon arrival garage door was not secured.  Manager responded and secured door.

February 25, 2008, 8:45 p.m. Traffic stop led to warrant service in the area of N. Main St at Charles Ave. Constable notified.

February 26, 2008, 12:18 p.m. 911 hang up at 38 N. Main St., Apt. C. Residence checked and no emergency warranted. 

February 26,2008, 12:17 p.m. Dispatched to SEMS-East for a tobacco violation. Female juvenile was issued a citation. Parent notified.

February 26, 2008, 8:27 p.m. Dispatched to 4 E. Pennsylvania Ave. Complainant reported his daughter found drug paraphernalia lying outside from residence.  Officer confiscated suspicious substance.

February 26, 2008, 9:45 p.m.  Assisted ambulance at 8 College Ave.

February 27, 2008, 9:36 a.m.   Reporting party found a cell phone in the area of West Pennsylvania Ave at S. Main St.  Officer will attempt to locate the owner.

February 27, 2008, 12:07 p.m.   Assisted ambulance at 5 Ecker Ave.

February 28, 2008, 8:53 a.m.  Dispatched to Winterstown Elementary for a report of an erratic driver.  Registration obtained and attempting to locate driver. 

February 28, 2008, 9:44 a.m.  Dispatched to People’s Bank for a suspicious person parked in a vehicle on the bank’s parking lot. Officer questioned subject, information obtrained .  No further police action was warranted.

February 28, 2008, 1:40 p.m.   Loitering complaint at 72 N. Main St. Report taken.

February 28, 2008, 6:28 p.m.  Dispatched to 4525 Hake Ln. to assist ambulance.

February 28, 2008, 8:22 p.m. Suspicious person observed in the area of 8 Charles Ave. Subject was questioned and released to his father.

March 3, 2008, 4:17 p.m.   Dispatched to the area of Mt. Olivet and Swamp Rd for a disabled tractor trailer.  Gordon’s towing advised.

March 3, 2008, 5:30 p.m.  Animal complaint in the area of 15 Chantilear Ct.  Owner located and dog was returned.

March 4, 2008, 8:33 a.m.  Assisted ambulance at 85 S. Kennard Dale Ave.

March 4, 2008, 10:47 a.m.  Dispatched to Kennard Dale High School for suspicious substance found on a male student.  Investigation started.

March 5, 2008, 12:35 a.m.  Dispatched to Winterstown Elem. School for a reported alarm.  All doors were checked and secure.

March 5, 2008, 8:37 p.m.  Dispatched to Rutter’s for a theft of gas report.  Investigation started.

March 5, 2008, 8:45 a.m. Dispatched to 51 S. Main St. for a parking complaint. Attempted to contact owner with negative results. Abandoned vehicle in question was towed to Gordon’s.

March 5, 2008, 2:42 p.m.  Suspect flees and eludes officer which resulted in the driver losing control of their vehicle and crashing in a field in the area of 6720 Pleasant Valley Rd. Suspect taken into custody and transported to Central Booking.  Several charges filed.

March 5, 2008, 8:06 p.m.  Information received about disorderly subjects seen in the area of S. Main St.  Area was checked and subjects were gone on arrival.

March 6, 2008, 1:46 p.m.  Dispatched to 13 Fulton Ave for a fraud call.  Report taken.

March 6, 2008, 1:55 p.m.  Dispatched to 11955 Mt. Olivet Rd for a welfare check. Upon arrival, no one was at the house and vehicle was gone on arrival.

March 6, 2008, 6:41 p.m.  Dispatched to 13 Mill St. for activated motion alarms.  Manager was contacted who requested a building search.  Search was conducted with negative results.

March 6, 2008, 7:49 p.m.  Information received about a possible DUI subject heading towards Stewartstown Borough.  Officers searched for vehicle with negative results.

March 6, 2008, 9:00 p.m.  Warrant service performed at 12033 Crossroads Ave. Mark Smith was apprehended and transported to Central Booking.

March 8, 2008, 4:32 p.m.  911 hang up at 43 High St.  Upon arrival resident reported a utility pole that was damaged by weather and about to fall.

March 8, 2008, 4:44 p.m. General alarm reported at 13 Mill St.  Business checked and found secure. Alarm was found to be weather related.

March 8, 2008, 7:07 p.m.  Warrant service performed at 14 Locust St.  Subject was cooperative. Constable arrived and field receipted subject.

March 8, 2008, 7:22 p.m. Dispatched to 11909 Pine St. for a downed tree. 

March 8, 2008, 9:57 p.m. Warrant service performed at 13036 Winterstown Rd. Constable responded and transported subject to YCP for a bench warrant. Subject cooperative.

March 8, 2008, 10:04 p.m.  Dispatched to 33 W. Pennsylvania Ave. for a verbal domestic between mother and daughter. 

March 10, 2008, 1:20 p.m.  Assisted ambulance at 6 S. Main St.

March 10, 2008, 9:43 p.m.  Dispatched to 32 High St. for a theft of prescription drugs report. Investigation started.

March 10,2008, 10:26 p.m.  Assisted ambulance at 12012 Winterstown Rd.

March 11, 2008, 11:30 a.m. Traffic stop resulted in numerous traffic violations and towing of vehicle in the area of Hill St. and Bronson Ave.

March 12, 2008, 12:05 a.m.  Public drunkenness observed at 3 Charles Ave. Subject, Susan Foster, was taken into custody, cited and released to a responsible party.

March 12, 2008, 11:33 p.m.  Dispatched to 3 Highland Manor Dr. for a domestic situation. Parties were advised to have no contact.

March 13, 2008, 1:00 a.m. Officer discovered an unsecured door at Messina’s Plaza during a routine business check.  Emergency business contact was made who responded and secured the door. Business checked.

March13, 2008, 7:12 p.m.  Dispatched to Coal Hill Rd. for dirt bikes being operated on roadways creating excessive noise. Upon arrival officers witnessed three people on three dirt bikes.  Adults and children were warned.   Complainant  advised to call again if seen/heard.

March 13, 2008, 11:30 p.m.  Dispatched to 20 Highland Manor Dr. for a suspicious noise coming from the back of the residence.  Area and residence checked and found secure.

March 14, 2008, 8:35 a.m. Dispatched to SEMS-East for a fight that occurred between two female juvenile students.  Juveniles cited for disorderly conduct.

March 14, 2008, 2:27 p.m.  Dispatched to SEMS-East for a fight that occurred between two male juvenile students. Juveniles released to parents and citation filed.

March 14, 2008, 3:39 p.m. Dispatched to 300 Bailey Dr. for a reported truck parked in a handicap parking space.  Upon arrival vehicle was gone.

March 15, 2008, 12:10 a.m. Three male juveniles observed at Rutters .  Subjects were cited for curfew violations and released to parents.

March 15, 2008, 11:43 a.m.  Non-reportable motor vehicle collision at S. Main St. and College Ave.

March 17, 2008, 12:11 p.m.  Harassment report taken at 23 Highland Manor Dr.

March 18, 2008, 10:30 p.m.  Dispatched to Fawn Area Elementary School for a reported homeless man seen trespassing.  Officer arrested, cited and transported Orin B. Teasley to Central Booking and released to York County Sheriff’s Office. 

March 19, 2008, 9:27 p.m.  Dispatched to 49 Kingsway for a domestic situation. Parties were separated.

March 20, 2008, 9:02 a.m.  Dispatched to 30 Highland Manor Dr. for a verbal domestic.Parties were separated.

March 24, 2008, 1:25 p.m.  Dispatched to SEMS-East for a fight between two male juveniles. Discipline will be handled through school.

March 25, 2008, 10:24 a.m.   Report taken of an attempted fraud received at 15 Ovelton Ave. Complainant received a fraudulent and suspicious employment opportunity through the mail at his residence.  Information received and reported to the FBI..

March 25, 2008, 1:56 p.m. Dispatched to 62 Mill St. for a burglary report. Complainant advised there were pry marks on the side of the garage and a battery charger missing.

March 25, 2008, 4:50 p.m.  Dispatched to the area of Mt. Olivet Rd and Swamp Rd. for a reported erratic driver.  Area was searched and unable to locate vehicle.

March 25, 2008, 7:45 p.m.  Two female Kennard Dale Students reported  money taken from unsecured purses in the girls locker room.  Money was to be used for a class trip.  Investigation started.

March 25, 2008, 10:05p.m.  Assisted ambulance at 27 Mill St.

March 25, 2008, 10:15 p.m.  Neighbor disputes at 21 Highland Manor.

March 26, 2008, 12:55 p.m.  Assisted ambulance at 26 S. Main St.

March 27, 2008, 9:43 p.m.  Dispatched to the area of 7 Memory Ln. for a loitering complaint. Teenagers were reported to be in that area loitering.  Upon arrival teenagers were gone.

March 28, 2008, 2:20 p.m. Dispatched to 4301 Sycamore Ln. for a residential alarm.  Officer responded and confirmed there was no emergency. Resident deactivated alarm.

March 29, 2008, 1:21 p.m.  Dispatched to 10988 Oak Ridge Ave for an ambulance assist.

March 29, 2008, 4:08 p.m.  Dispatched to 51 B. S. Main St. for a domestic situation. Verbal warning issued.

March 30, 2008, 1:42 p.m.  Assisted fire department at Kennard Dale High School with an automatic fire alarm sounding. Fire department reported alarm as false.

April 7, 2008, 12:00 p.m.  Assisted ambulance at SEMS East for a fall juvenile victim.

April 8, 2008, 11:25 a.m.  Assisted ambulance at 3 N. Main St.

April 8, 2008, 7:20 p.m.  Complainant reported items taken by juveniles at 14176 Crossroads Ave.  Items were returned and juveniles warned per complainants request.

April 9, 2008, 2:00 p.m.  Dispatched to 7027 Church Rd. for a vandalism report. Complainant stated the driver’s side window of his truck was broken and a GPS unit stolen.   Investigation started.

April 9, 2008, 9:28 p.m.  Complainant reported seeing an erratic driver beginning in the area of interstate 83 and Rt 851 and ending at 110 Shawnee Dr. Officer reported to the residence on Shawnee Dr.

April 9, 2008, 6:48 p.m.  Landlord tenant issue at 11 Charles Ave.

April 10, 2008, 7:08 p.m.  Dispatched to 1 Chantilear Ct. for a harassment report.

April 10, 2008, 20:21 p.m.  Dispatched to 21 Highland Manor for a harassment complaint. Complaint was unfounded.

April 10, 2008, 6:05 p.m.  Assisted fire department for a structure fire at the Community Center.

April 11, 2008, 11:42 a.m.  Assisted ambulance at 90 Kennard Dale South.

April 11, 2008, 4:31 p.m. Assisted ambulance at SEMS West for injuries sustained with a softball player.

April 11, 2008, 5:10 p.m. Assisted subject with a disabled vehicle at Main St. and Free St.

April 13, 2008, 1:46 a.m.  Suspicious person seen walking in the area of Stewartstown Elementary School. Subject was questioned and released.

April 13, 2008, 2:47 a.m.  Reportable single vehicle collision at 12140 Winterstown Rd.

April 13, 2008, 4:40 p.m.  Anonymous complainant reported juveniles in the roadway playing in the area of 6792 Church Rd.  Juveniles were gone on arrival. Area checked.

April 13, 2008, 5:40 p.m.  Anonymous complainant reported juveniles in the roadway playing and running through other properties in the area of 6792 Church Rd. Juveniles found playing where they had permission. Officer spoke with juveniles and parent. No police action warranted.

April 13, 2008, 10:58 p.m.  Assisted ambulance at 7 Ecker Ave.

April 14, 2008, 1:04 a.m.   Assisted ambulance at 10988 Oak Ridge Ave.

April 14, 2008, 11:19 a.m.   Retail theft at Rite Aid of over $720 worth of over the counter medications.  Suspects described as 2 white males ages 18-24, thin build, short hair wearing baggy jeans.  Both males entered the store and were approached by the Asst. Manager. Subjects ran from the store to a vehicle waiting in the parking lot. Vehicle is described as a silver/gray Dodge Neon with front end damage being driven by a white female with blond hair. April 15, 2008, 1:23 a.m.  Dispatched to 62 N. Main St. for a burglar alarm.  Building found secure.

April 15, 2008, 1:27 p.m.  Dispatched to 8 Ballast Ln. for a reported intoxicated subject.  Upon arrival, officer observed subject and detected a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage.  Subject was taken into custody, cited and released to a responsible party.

April 15, 2008, 2:49 p.m.  Report taken for a fight between two females at Kennard Dale High School. Charges pending investigation.

April 16, 2008, 6:48 p.m.  Dispatched to 24 Ovelton Ave. for a welfare check .  Officer spoke with subject in question who was fine.

April 17, 2008, 11:25 a.m.  Officer assisted a walk-in who was concerned about identity theft. 

April 17, 2008, 7:44 p.m.  Complainant reported a hit and run in the area of 12648 Winterstown Rd.  Responsible party found and charges filed.

April 18, 2008, 11:30 a.m.    Main St. Tattoo reported damage done to computer monitors that were outside the business . Witnesses reporting seeing damage done by two men driving a truck. Suspects found and payment for items were given to the complainant.

April 18, 2008, 4:15 p.m.  911 hang up from Frank’s Pizza located at 10887 Oak Ridge Ave. Upon arrival, no police action warrants.

April 21, 2008, 9:45 a.m   Criminal mischief reported at 11 Charles Ave. Suspect entered home and used a marking device to put obscene statements on glass items.  No forced entry.  Investigation started.

April 21, 2008, 10:50 a.m.   Owner reported a lost dog described as female, mixed breed, brindle in coloring, 45 lbs, wearing a silver choke chain and answers to “Ashley.”  Animal missing from 11866 Winterstown Rd. Since 4/20/2008. 

April 21, 2008, 11:24 a.m.   Assisted ambulance at Kennard Dale H.S. with a female student who had a seizure.

April 21, 2008, 11:51 p.m.  Dispatched to 24 Highland Manor Dr. for harassment phone calls received by complainant.  Suspects information received and warned to have no communications with complainant.

April 22, 2008, 9:34 a.m.  Assisted ambulance at 29 S. Main St.

April 22, 2008, 1:00 p.m.  A purse was found at 6 N. Main St. Officer in the process of trying to locate owner.

April 22, 2008, 2:38 p.m.  Complainant reported her debit card had been taken and used at the Rutters Store located at 3 Charles Ave.  Investigation started.

April 24, 2008, 10:27 a.m.  Gas drive off report by Shell located at 62 N. Main St.  Information obtained.

April 24, 2008 ,7:07 p.m.  Dispatched to the area of 47 Mill St. for a group of male subjects who were reportedly mouthing off to one of the residents. One of the male juvenile subjects was cited for disorderly conduct after questioning all subjects involved.

April 25, 2008, 10:30 a.m. Dispatched to the area of Mill Street for a reported juvenile skateboarding in the street. Juvenile was gone on arrival.

April 25, 2008, 10:51 a.m.  Assisted ambulance at 5 Broadway.

April 25, 2008, 11:31 a.m.    Suspicious vehicle reported in the area of 11983 Pine St.  Officer responded and located vehicle in questions. Vehicle was identified as a Capital Meats delivery vehicle performing a delivery.
